VERY pushy on wanting you to upgrading to more expensive frames and adding all the extras on the lenses...do they work on commission?! Plain glasses are cheap and I got them quickly but not impressed with the curtness of the staff. Website and receptionist say "walk ins welcome", well, we "walked in" today and sat there for an hour and a half , while we were offered an apt. 4 hours later, five different times. We could not take this appointment because of working/school. So after the hour and a half wait, the eye doctor said we couldnt be seen until two hours later, after lunch. Waiting 3.5 hours is by no means "walk in". "Walk in" allows a customer to be seen between appointments. If they arent willing to do this then dont offer it. Very disappointed. Back to Americas Best we go!

I called last Saturday and they got me in that same day. The exam was only $49 and the glasses were buy two pairs for $78 or buy one get one free. They have so many to choose from and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I got two pairs of glasses I am in love with and only paid for one of them. One pair was ready for pick up today (Wednesday)! I have been wearing glasses since I was 3 years old and this was by far one of my best experiences and the fastest I ever got my glasses. I wish I would have known about them sooner. I dont have vision insurance and I bought two pairs of glasses for the price I would have paid for one at other places I have been. I highly recommend them to anyone needing new glasses!

My wife called to see if there were any way they could possibly fix my glasses, they broke in half today at work, No money to buy new ones and insurance doesnt "kick" in til next month. Well Im happy to say they fixed them, gave me new frames with my lenses. Good people who do WONDERFUL things. Im very grateful my wife called and they were able to help me, now I see :)

Eyeglass World in Brighton is by far my favorite place to go for glasses! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Louisa was so helpful in helping us pick out our glasses! She is a true fashionesta when it comes to glasses!! We stayed past hours picking out glasses and we didnt feel rushed or unwelcome. I would recommend them to anyone needing glasses!

Ive lived in brighton since 2001 and have bounced between several different eye doctors in the area. Eyeglass world is by far the best experience ive had so far. The doctor was very nice and informative. And the rest of the staff was really helpful. Plus you cant beat buy one get one free on glasses when you are as blind as i am!

Ive been to a few different places. This place has the best service hands down. Very friendly extremely knowledgable and very quick. There less than an hour and others were in there. I reccomend to anyone looking for fast, reliable, friendly service. Well priced as well.

My visit was pleasant but was not pleased when the sales associate was helping me left my information out in the open and left her desk while I was looking at glasses. That is a huge privacy law violation and will be reporting her for it.

Very professional and helpful staff. Great selection and the doctor was very personable. Was quoted I would get my glasses in 7 to 10 days and received them in 4 days. Ordered them on a Friday and received them on a Tuesday.
