This is the worst facilty you could ever deal with constant blame being passed around about employees foul language to me and terrible workmanship on my machine i will never even step foot on this property again! Performed recall work to my teryx and left 1/2 inch sliver of sharp metal protruding into passenger compartment told service mamager and he had employee that performed work on my machine come out to inspect i proceed to go along with it and asked if rivet could be replaced to cover gap in my floorboard was told it was a new d**n rivet and it was recall work what do you expect employee went to rear of my trailer jerked pins out as to unload my machine to take back inside told the man i didnt want him touching my machine and he slammed doors on it and stormed away service manager seemed to see no problem in this or the gaps under every rivet they installed so i called store manager the following buisness day he as well gave me the run around and wouldnt return calls after he give me 3 different email addresses that didnt work to send pictures of my damage to and didnt return call 2 days later until i sent service manager a nasty email needless to say i resulted to contacting kawasaki which in less then 24 hours contacted another dealer and had me set up to replaceboth damaged floorboards and the floor guards that were sloppy installed by palmetto ! NEVER TRUST YOUR EQUIPMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY CHARGE 75$ AN HOUR TO DO UNPROFESSIONAL WORK!

Had my V Star in to have the check engine light checked a week ago. Experience was not good at all. Ill list everything, of course I would have overlooked most of it had the shop stayed in communication with me. I work in the automotive service retail field and communication with the customer is key. Every time I wanted to know what was going on with my bike I had to call, every time. Promised they could have it checked out soon because business was slow but they kept it 2 weeks, much longer than expected, although once again, had they communicated with me I would have overlooked that. There should always be someone there to greet a customer when you walk into a business. I usually have to go ask one of the parts guys to find help for me. Phones ring for minutes at a time until answered. Good customer service says to pick it up within 3 rings. Bike had smudges all over the breather. Repair was about $50 more than originally quoted, pushing it up to $400 just for a throttle position sensor. No communication, no recognition when customers walk in, over priced, took way too long just to get it diagnosed and no urgency to pick up the phone...or a wrench for that matter. Ill be trying out C&C Thunder in Cowpens next time.

If you like paying way more than market value for slow service, this is your place! Ive had several experiences here, almost all of which costs me more money that it should have and taken longer than expected. Ill just relate the last one-called about getting some work done on my Kawasaki Mule. Service department said they were 2 weeks out before they could touch it. Called the dealer in Hendersonville upon a recommendation. They said 1 to 2 days, so I went there. Very nice folks, clean shop-had me in and out in expected timeframe. I asked what they charged for the first 50 hour service on the Mule, which I just had done in Spartanburg. They said it was $212.50 (for 2.5 hours) plus materials, so around $250 total. Holy cow! Spartanburg charged me 4.54 hours ($340.50) plus $97.75 in materials. They should wear mask for this kind of highway robbery!

Not even a star. Horrible experience!!!! Very rude people especially the senior person there. Was raining that day.... had th play dodge the bucket for all the leaks and almost broke my neck slipping in the water. Place smelled as if it were over run with mold. Wont be surprised if I have spores in my lungs. Felt ignored by the younger man there who walked by me twice and never even acknowledged me as a customer. Needless to say I left and spent my 5k down on a bike in a place where my business was earned. I would not recommend this place to anyone...... even if I did you would be ignored, be treated rudely, Get a lung disease from mold, or slip and break your neck. My advise stay far far away from this place unless you like that kind of treatment because thats what you will get at Palmetto Cycle Center of rudeness.

This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had in having my ATV or motorcycle serviced. They charged me $180 for a carb cleaning and installed a $100 batter without my permission. I got the atv home filled it up with gas and gas was pouring from the carb. I took it to my Honda dealer in Charlotte NC and they found the carb had barely been cleaned if at all and showed me the carb which looked like Crap! I called Palmetto to complain and they said I was a liar as well as my Honda dealer and refused to give me a refund. I am writing this to hopefully steer everybody away from these scumbags unless you love getting ripped off. Good luck if you do!!

My first time going to Palmetto had a great experience told a lot of friends about it. But ever since that the experience has gotten worse and worse every time.last time I was there a gentleman walked by me 3 times without greeting me or anything..after finally catching him at a computer I said sir and he responded what...if I havent already ordered my part I would have taken my money elsewhere.. Then to make the situation even better the part that was ordered was the wrong part so I had to wait another 3 days to drive across town and pray the part is right this time

I had my ATV serviced here and asked them to check some other things. They had no clue what they were doing and I got conflicting answers from different people. The guy I had initial contact with on the phone while making an appointment was rude. I found another cycle center to do business with and will gladly make the further drive to deal with competent people.

They have a nice selection of bikes and clothes although their selection is over priced. Was treated nicely through the front door by a younger gentleman but was treated very rudely by the older salesman. Overall if distance is not an issue try Foothills Motorsports.

Worst place ever if you dont own a motorcycle or ride up on one they will not give you the time of day so be it theyre bad they just lost my business. I walked around the show floor for 30 minutes and not one of them even acknowledge my existence

Great place to buy the coolest toys and gear! Nice people and prices! They dont always have what I need in stock, but, It only takes a day or two for most special order parts to get to me. Service department is also Great! You Guys Rock!!!

Buyer beware as service prices are high 350 bucks for oil change and repair rubber boot then $125 for ATV tire then wanted 25 to mount on rim!!! Who quotes price for tire that does not include mounting. Last time I darken their door.
