First of all that morning my car died. I had to wait for it to be towed home. Then I had to get my 76 year old mom to drive me to a car dealership. I have two jobs so not having a car would be a nightmare.First I went to Honda of Westport because my mechanic said these cars are very reliable. Well I went there and they took me into the office before I could really even look at a car. I am not sure if that is there custom but thats what they did. I told them firmly what I could put down and what I could spend per month. The service guy tried to help but kept pushing for a lease car. After I told him a few times it would not work he flat out told me I could not be helped. I also felt like putting down 1000.00 dollars was not sufficient and I basically felt like I was too poor so they were not interested. I am not sure if they are used to the typical Westport clientele but they made me feel like I was some riff raff coming in the door. I was already stressed enough and I can not stand car shopping at all. If I could use a horse and buggy honestly I would!!! The other choice was Nissan so we headed to the office in Wilton. The reason being I just came back from a trip down south and rode in a Nissan. I like the car and felt comfortable in it. After getting to the Wilton office I right off the bat felt more comfortable. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The car salesman I was set up with was Joey. Not only was he nice to me but was very accomedating to my mom who uses a walker. He asked us if we wanted anything to drink etc.. When he sat down with me, he had some choices for me in terms of what would be a good fit for me. Everyone knows money is tight and Joey knew right away what would work for me. I was in and out in a matter of maybe an hour with a car. Joey worked with me and therefore I was more than willing to work with him. I am also in customer service so I understand how important it is to work with the customer, I do it on a daily basis. I do understand also that I did not have alot of money to work with but Joey and everyone there understood it too. That really makes a difference in this day and age no one has money to throw away. I even told the salesman at Honda that I had not gotten a raise in 2 years. He told me to tell my boss to give me a raise. I will give him the benefit of the doubt he was trying to be funny, but it was not. I was really stressed so I guess my humor went out the door. Any way Joey made everything so easy when I was ready to throw in the towel and beg and borrow rides to and from work. He did a good customer service representative does, serve the customer. I am easy going and let a lot roll off my back but not that day.... And you know what?? Joey saved the day seriously, it may sound corny but he did. On Monday when I came to pick up the car (all of this happened on a Saturday) everything was ready. How cool is that? I met with Christina Magnotta also, she handled all the paper work. Not only was she efficient but friendly. Everything was explained to me and then she asked me if I had any more questions. Again efficient customer oriented and friendly. Joey also connected with me again to make sure everything went smoothly which it did. Hang onto both of these people. From what I understand Joey is fairly new. He is AWESOME! I will recommend everyone go to Bruce Bennett Nissan.. Joey really took the sting out of something I hate more than food shopping. Thank you guys for everything!

Bruce Bennett Nissan was a wonderful, stress-free and no hassle experience. We had purchased certified pre-owned in the past from them. We were originally going to use a local dealership near us and ended up making the drive down instead. My family uses this dealership and for good reason. We came to them at a disadvantage on one vehicle looking for a new lease or finance on a base model Rogue and ended up trading in 2 used vehicles for 2 new cars, a Rogue SV and a Sentra SV. The process was seamless and most of it was completed before we even came to the dealership. Paul Pinto gave us an estimate based on an auto FICO we recently pulled and it was very close to the offer that followed once they pulled our credit. Paul worked with us throughout the week through both email and phone on paperwork and went out of his way to include features we liked, needed and even got us some upgrades that we were not expecting that were within our price point. Ian was great when we went through all the contract paperwork and was even able to help us out on additional features and services offered. Our old loan was closed within days and we had two new cars. It was also very nice when one of the owners, Amie Bennett, came down, introduced herself and thanked us for our purchase. Bruce Bennett Nissan (Amie and Paul) have also followed up multiple times to ensure that we are happy with our experience. Paul made sure we did not leave until he went through the paperwork one last time, got us our keys, gave us all of our manuals/documentation etc. and he even hooked up both of our phones to both of our vehicles. They did so many additional little things that were great as well, adding protection to one of the vehicles, putting protective mats in the vehicles, and I even found locking lug nuts already on the vehicles when I went to put some on myself. Plus the Sirius XM trial and nice keychains custom made for the dealership. The amount of things they did to make this purchase as best for us as they possibly could was above and beyond what we expected. Thank you Paul, Ian and Amie for making our first new car experience one to remember!!! Everything they did was outstanding and they have earned some new long time customers. Its nice to work with a dealer and not have to worry about shenanigans.

I normally don’t like writing reviews, but in this case I felt like I had too. Bruce Bennett Nissan say’s they are different from other dealership because they say We Go The Extra Mile To Make It Worth Your While. In this case they did not go the extra mile for me. I was recommended by a friend to this dealership, I walked in and brought 2 cars from them. After signing the papers I got the keys to my cars. Then I realized that the salesman only give me 1 key to one of my cars. I then asked him were the 2nd key was and he said let me go look for it. A few minutes later he comes back and says the person who took the trade in didn’t get the key from that person. So he told me he had tried contacting the person to see if they can get me the spare key. Waited a few days for the salesman’s to respond after calling him repeatedly. After a few days the salesman told me he couldn’t get the second key from me. So I asked him what he could do from me since he couldn’t get it for me. He then told me that I can buy a key from them and they will see if they can get it for me at cost. After a day of not hearing back from him. I called him and couldn’t get a hold of him. He had his manager call me back and told me the key would cost over $300 for program and cutting the key. (Keep in mind I walked in and brought 2 cars all in 1 day.) $300 does not sound like at cost to me. So I went out and did my own research. I called back and asked if they could do anything for me if I went out and brought my own keys. They said they wanted $125 plus tax to cut and program the keys. $125/hour was the ongoing rating for service. I was willing to buy my own keys. After a few days of countless calling back they said they would do it for $75 plus tax ended up being $85. It took them less than 10 minutes to cut and program and still charged me $75 plus tax. Really?? If they were charging $125/hr and it took them 15 minutes to do it, so shouldn’t it have been $31.25 for 15 minutes of service? Needless to say I was hoping they would just program the key for free for me, since I went out and paid for the keys. I was totally dissatisfied with the level of service I was giving after buy 2 cars from Bruce Bennett Nissan. I would not come back to this dealership nor would I recommend them either
