Out of curiosity my wife attempted to submit an appraisal to buy for my motorcycle on the Ride Now website. The page redirected us to the trade-in / purchase page. But didnt give us clarity. A representative named "Jim" contacted us and quoted $3000.00 sight unseen and asked us to bring it in for a more accurate appraisal. Got there at 1:30 (Jim was not available) so Jose offered to help. He asked for my info, went outside and gave the motorcycle a quick look over and asked for the necessary documentation. Jose asked for my keys and took the motorcycle to the service area for further evaluation. We were then passed off to another floor associate "Jeff" (great guy) who baby sat us for two and a half hours. The whole time other sales associates stopped by concerned and inquired about our status. Jose continued help other customers in front and around us. When asked what was taking so long, he replied, " everyones very busy today!" The two gentleman in the internet sales office can clearly be seen eating a hoagie sandwich and a large bag of barbeque chips. A tall gentleman came out of a office upstairs asking the floor associates, "What you think about the new Yamaha hats?" But as for us, (paying customers) he was not as concerned. (Several other acts of utter disregard, poor customer service and unprofessionalism happened and yet the response we continued to get was that the parties involved with our transaction "Was extremely busy and it will be a few more minutes...Are you kidding?) At 3:50pm, Jose reappeared with paperwork with an amount clearly less than blue book AND "Jims" quoted amount. Jose went on to tell us that the reasons are because THEY HAVE to give the motorcycle an oil /lube service, replace the air filter, replace a rotor and miscellaneous bolts and other fees (which lowers the amount to half of Jims quoted amount)...not my problem. I asked speak with Jim or whoever came up with the appraisal amount. Jose just said its final because they have to sell it for no more than the suggested retail amount. Folded the papers and offered to go bring my motorcycle around (It was parked in a doorway across from the restrooms the whole time). As he brought it back to front of the building, I asked Jose again who I needed to talk to to get clarity for the appraisal and why I am being quoted less than KBB (when the service department told him that I just had the second tier service cruisers completed three weeks ago. No one said anything about having to replace a rotor and air filter, oil / lube is part of that nearly $400.00 service). I need to speak to someone that isnt going to give me the BS run around. I attempted to call got disconnected while holding for Jim. Spoke with Arah through the online chat... No resolution. Now I have to try it this way. I bought this bike from yall! Had it serviced through yall (and got charged for services part of the initial sale because documentation, key tag and thirty day tag on it said it was a 2009. But the VIN and Title states its a 2008...that was a nightmare in itself). Just be fair thats all I ask. Meeting quotas and beating folks out of there hard earned money or taking advantage of well maintained trade-ins so your employees can brag about profiting themselves on the flip sale. Poor taste! You never know whos listening! If your wrong, take responsibility for your mistakes! Hold your employees accountable for their actions because its your reputation at stake when customers come through the door for sales, service or parts.

Dont Waste Your Time unless you enjoy inhouse sales gimmicks. I live midway between Charlotte, Monroe, Albemarle, and Concord and was looking for a Side by Side UTV. I knew The exact model # of the unit I was wanting to purchase so instead of driving 50 miles round trip to 4 different Kawasaki dealerships, I opted to do what a lot of folks do. I called the 4 closest dealers, gave them Model Number and asked for best "Out The Door Pricing" since I know some of these dealerships tend to tack on this and that fees at the end. RPM in Albemarle was very courteous and helpful but did not have the unit in stock and would take about a week to get one but gave me a great out the door price. I requested a quote through Ride Nows website but only got several emails from their so called "Internet Specialist" which none of her emails had any pricing. I ended up calling their sales department to request a quote. After going in circles and talking to three different people I was told several times that "We Are Having A Big Sale" but no one could tell me what the actual sale price was on the particular model I was wanting other than MSRP pricing PLUS destination charges and taxes. All they tried to do was get me in their store. Most sales teams know that they have a better chance of selling at a higher price once you have committed to spend 2 hours with the salesman going back and forth with the Sales Manager and wear you out. All I wanted was there out the door price on the unit and then I would decide Yay or Nay if I were to buy. It was that easy. I was told again I would have to meet their Sales Manager to get anything other than MSRP no exceptions. Who actually pays full MSRP these days??? Anyways, I hung up and contacted McKenny-Salinas PowerSports in Gastonia and they gave me a great out the door price on the unit in question and they had it in stock. I basically purchased the unit over the phone from work and emailed all needed info so they could have everything ready for me once I arrived. Travis at MS Powersports was great. He had everything ready on his desk for me to sign and I was in and out in a matter of 30 minutes. Ridenow did email me back wanting to give me more info on how I could save big money during their sale but still No Price which is what I wanted. I cant understand why they insist you meet their Sales Manager before giving anything other than MRSP. None of the other dealers did that and you see who got my business.

Words cannot describe how bad this company is. My wife and I recently went to check out some ATVs from Ride Now. We were looking at some different models and decided to go with a "clearance" 2017 Can-am Outlander. The sticker price was $4,999. I expected to pay taxes and registration but what they hit me for was absurd. After checking both of our credit scores we decided to go with a 1.99% for 36 months. I placed $1,000 cash down which brought the subtotal to $3,999. While I was looking at the add-on items my wife was being swindled to sign on the dotted line. She called me over to look at the additional fees and I was blown away. The total was shy of $6,100. They tried to tell me they needed to charge for uncrating, assembly and oversea shipping. What? a tariff fee? I didnt understand. I immediately terminated the agreement. It took 6 employees in one office to figure out what to do next. Apparently the ATV was really never a sale item. Well, it doesnt end there. A week later my wife and I both received "Ride Now" credit cards in the mail for $14,000 each!!!! What? Who gave you guys authorization for a credit card? Not us. Our application was to finance an ATV period! We will be contacting the BBB and additional resources to resolve this issue. If anyone is interested, I made a great transaction in Albemarle Crossroads. They will do an over the phone consultation with an out the door price. I purchased a Polaris Sportsman, a Triton trailer and a 50CC Yamaha for my son. Polaris is offering free training and $100 gift card for Crossroads. I was talking to another customer that has been extremely happy with their service and drives 80 miles because of the outstanding prices. I cant wait to see a response from the manager at Ride Now, Im sure it will say something like..."we are sorry, please contact a manager. We strive for excellence. Sounds like you work for Crossroads." I assure you I dont. Heed my warning but if you dont.....I wish you the best of luck.
