Looks may be deceiving from the outside! They have a huge selections of large appliances! Three years ago me and my husband purchased a NEW front load washer and dryer and a NEW flat top range for less than half the sale price of department stores. We could not find a scratch or dent on any of them! Best of all, we have had NO problems with them! We will soon be shopping at My Scratch & Dent for a dishwasher. We would recommend this store to everyone!

I walked in and the woman did not greet me or anything. Then a couple walked in after me and she ran right up to them. I guess in her mind I wasnt worth her time. Well, I came with $5,000 cash for a new washer/dryer set and I left with $5,000. I will spend my money elsewhere where they have better customer service. Your loss lady.

Went in got my brand new washer and dryer for an exceptional price and having it delivered the same nite. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone trying to save some money on new appliances if ya dont mind a scratch or dent

We purchased a stove there about 3 years ago, very satisfied. Im glad we didnt go with a brand new one as the stove is still going great with no problems, could ask for a better one!
