I was helped by James and Bruce the day after christmas. They where very busy. Between the two they spent over TWO hours on my car. They didnot want me to leave until the two where sure they couldnt fix it. James "I love fixing things, I love figuring things out" James checked my issues and explained what I needed and where to go if he could fix it. He then sent Bruce out for a secong opinion. Bruce spends over an hour trying and did fix my car. "My wife wouldnt have it any other way". I really enjoyed TWO hours later once my car was fixed the two men did a celebration dance. ENCORE ENCORE for OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Happy New Year!

I asked for help with the check engine light on my car and I was hardly helped at all. The employee handed me the scanning device and left me on my own to figure out my problem. Luckily I have used one before and when I was finished I can back inside and asked the manager about the error code. He told me he didnt know what it meant and turned around and started talking to another customer. If you want to use a tool and figure it all out yourself then I recommend going here, if you want the service that they advertise, then I recommend avoiding this place.

Highly disappointed in their diagnostic plugin tool to diagnose what was wrong with my SUV. According to it all I needed was a PCV valve so replaced and I was on vacation to Tahoe. Got back and still having issues I took it in to the garage only to find out it was actually a water pump issue. Relying on Auto Zones electronics diagnostic tool may have completely damaged my vehicle, at very least it has run up my repair bill due to extensive damage due to inadequate diagnostics. BEWARE!

Sales person was nice. But my problem with this store is that it rejected my check when I know there was funds sufficient and that todays check verification systems can easily determine such as well. It also declined my debit card from another account that I also knew had sufficient funds. Obviously their computer systems need a little work. I was able to make my purchase at Oreillys without a problem. Guess where I wont be spending my auto parts money?

Pretty good service! The clerks are usually very helpful and knowledgeable. One clerk even came out and installed my headlamp! During another visit the clerk didnt offer to install my 2nd headlamp that went out, but he was still helpful and came out to make sure I was getting the right part. I will definitely go there again.

The employees at that place is always friendly and helpful. I shopped there several times. One time I was checking out the battery tester to buy, and the employee offered to test my solar battery for free using their own tester. I appreciated that they wanted to help me out and didnt try to "sell" me the products.

Forget this place. If a chick pulls up,the guys pretty much jump over the counter. Let the phones ring and ignore everyone else. Then if you have a question,they are absolutely stumped. Ill head for NAPA!

Prompt battery testing, sadly it failed, so replaced with a new one. My ratchet extension wasnt long enough so they provided a loaner. Quick, professional, and friendly.
