Gross store in a gross shopping center. Had a beautiful cichlid aquarium and bought a Pleco here to add to my setup. The staff member who got the fish for me picked it up out of the aquarium (no net) and put it in a bag with about half as mich water as the fish needed... red flag... asked the staff person if that was ok and she said those fish often get caught in the nets. So i sceptically let it slide. Anyway brought the fish home and added it to my tank. Next day one of my beautiful cichlids was already dead an another is on the way. I called to let them lnow they were selling sick fish and after being put on hold by their customer service I was hung up on. F--K THIS STORE, NEVER GOING THERE OR TO ANOTHER PETCO AGAIN!!!

Do not bring your dog to get groomed here. I brought my long haired bichon poodle mix to get groomed because she had a little bit of matting. I specifically told the groomers that I wanted to keep her fur long. When I came back, I discovered they SHAVED her! When I asked why, the lady casually told me "it was taking too long to get the knots out." So rather than call and ask me for permission, they took it upon themselves to shave my dog in the middle of a Cleveland winter! If they would have called me, I would have actually taken the time to remove the knots myself or hired someone else to do what I was paying these lazy fools at Petco to do. Ill never go back, and you shouldnt risk going either!

My dog got sprayed by a skunk this morning right as I was leaving for work. I tried bathing her with every concoction I could find on the internet, but had limited success. Frantically, I searched for groomers in my area but every place was closed mondays, except Petco. They were able to fit her in by noon, which was fantastic because I didnt have to miss a full days work. Reagan was her stylist and she did a great job. She was very fast, and the services were affordable. I was so happy with the service that I scheduled an appointment for 6 weeks out so she can get a de-shedding treatment!

My fish from Petco died and I brought it in to get a new one. I lost my receipt and figured It would be fine as when this has happened in the past they were able to look it up on my Pals card. They proceeded to tell me that they werent able to look up receipts as of LAST WEEK. On top of this the women who greeted me (I believe she was the manager) was very rude in telling me this news.

My school comes here every so often to buy turtle food for class turtle Shelly great customer service they dont mind us looking around we get to play with some of the pets I got to see a dog gets groomed and they have a wonderful selection of dog treats my friend almost ate one he thought it was an Oreo wonderful place I recommend it to everybody

Not the first time this store crew tried to rip me off. So when I came back and ask for adjustment, cashier had no idea how to calculate it and did it wrong. Since it was just a few bucks off, I just gave up. Im never coming back there again. Just drive an extra mile to get better service somewhere else.

Went there last night the manager was disgusting had a horrible attitude and was not helpful. My daughter wanted a ferret for her birthday. ? She was unable to give us any info only attitude. She was definitely unhappy and miserable but she shouldnt have taken it out on customers

Prices are competitive with other name brand chains, the store is well stocked and clean. I have had no issues finding employees to assist me in answering questions or helping me find a product. The live animals seem healthy and well fed.

The grooming services I get for my 2 dogs are done well and very affordable. They do have a limited selection of collars and leashes, but they do have a wide variety of products for many other pet necessities.
