Not impressed with this place at all. Ordered flowers for my dads celebration of life and was told that they would deliver the flowers and set them up for us so we wouldnt have to worry about it. Get there and they were just in a box on the table....then i get flowers delivered to my home that werent even suppose to come to my address...it was down the street. So being the honest person that i am i called to let them know they got delivered to the wrong place. My husband was nice enough to walk them down to the address that they were suppose to be delivered to...i called to let them know and didnt even get a thank you. Are you kidding me? I will not be back or recommend them to no one.

I called in an order the day after massive storms and power outages to send my GF a "hope your day gets better" gift, Karen took my order and was great considering my circumstance of having the delivery be a surprise between two possible locations- the delivery person got it right! I ordered at 11:30 and within 2 hours I got a snapchat and call from her- Great Job- Will definitely order again! Definitely helps a long distance relationship when you can do little surprises like that =)

In town visiting Grandma, and both she and my daughter love plants. The basil and rosemary were amazing, but I was even more impressed when we were walking around the store, and an employee offered my daughter a little hydrangea bouquet and said, "Here are some pretty flowers for a pretty little girl". So sweet and thoughtful. My daughter carried the bouquet around all day. Thanks for making our day and a happy family memory. ❤️

I recently ordered a custom arrangement from Forest Lake Floral, I was so delighted with the bouquet the talented designers made for my daughter! It turned out so elegant and sophisticated! The friendly staff worked with me to get just the bouquet I wanted. The floral shop has a gift shop inside that is fantastic! I like to browse the gifts and plants here. Theyll usually have some cute things. I do find the prices to be high though so I dont usually but much. If theres a special plant youre after, theres a good chance theyll have it, and their plants are beautiful and healthy, as youd expect.
