WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had an issue with the flowers because I was allergic to the flowers. I wanted to return them due to the allergy and they wouldnt allow me to do so to get full credit. However, the lady hung up on me and was very rude and also changed the flower arrangement when she stated it "looked similar" when it was not nearly close to the flowers in the picture. It was a horrible arrangement and it wasnt like you couldnt pick up the same bouquet at cub for 1/2 the price she was giving my friend. I would never go to them since they think they know everything and go by a case by case scenario. I would never go there if my life depended on it. I really look into customer service and they extremely failed to follow up and make sure I was happy with the flower. Also they said that I should have declined when it was sent, however I worked at an office and I could not decline when the receptionist approved it when I was at lunch. So there was no possible way for me to even get full credit or at least 75% since she didnt care and just wated my friends money. To me sounds like she is a gold digger and only wanted the mony versus caring about the customers and what it is really about. DO NOT GO THERE...THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR GRANTED AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!

Just had the most horrible experience. Apparently someone is sent us flowers. I didnt know they were coming and had a weird voicemail left on my phone that didt make any sense so I called the number that was left in the message and was told that was the wrong number. I finally called the person who left me the message (with the other number) and they were very short and rude and told me they needed to know where to deliver my flowers. My only option is outside my home since Im at work 22 miles away. I cant rush home. They said the flowers would freeze out on my porch but werent responsible for them dying since I wasnt there. But they didnt give me any other options. So I get to come home to dead flowers? Great! So excited for that. EDITED LATER: My husband called and figured out the delivery man who called me left the wrong number. He brought my flowers back to the store and the owner gave me extra "roses" for picking it up. She was very nice, but not apologetic for the delivery chaos. Id recommend this shop if you are NOT using delivery.

If I could give this place a NO stars I would! Extremely disappointed!!! And what made it worse was the OWNER treated me awful and was going to hang up on me! 1st time ever trying them. Ordered my flowers at 9am and its 5:19pm and NOTHING delivered! When I called at noon I was NOT told they were SWAMPED I was told "just waiting for delivery truck, they going out next" I was not told that by 3 like I requested could NOT be met. What pissed me off more the OWNER acted like it was NO care at all! Thats when I wanted to cancel. Then she got even ruder!!!!! I try to support local businesses BUT the customer service here was EXTREMELY unacceptable!!! Over $50 for a small flower arrangement... I will go spend my money else where like CUB the flower lady has always been nice there!!!! And you get more flowers!!!! The worst part is it was the OWNER!!!

So today is my birthday and my boyfriend ordered some flowers from this shop from me, he ordered them from last week with instructions to have them delivered at my job for 1:30PM, it is 3:05PM no delivery and I am about to get off, he is very upset...which I cant fault him for that. I wished I knew that I was getting flowers because I would have told him to go to Jerrys Roses. I got my Mother her flowers from there for Mothers Day and the experience was AWESOME. This place doesnt care about customer service.

I ordered flowers for my wife on valentines day and they got the order all wrong. I found out she didnt even get the balloon I purchased. They swap the size teddy bear and chocolate size. When I called, there was no apology. The customer service rep had an attitude and just told me she would give me the credit back for the balloon. Although they were able to deliver same day... I wouldnt order from there again.

The two women who run this shop are fabulous. Mary did all of my wedding flowers and I could not have been happier. I gave her vague ideas of what I wanted and she put it all together beautifully. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was just right. Very creative, sweet, and great to work with. Brides, I highly recommend this place to you!!!

Tremendous service the old fashioned way. I love these Ma and Pa stores for that old school vibe. They make things great and add tremendous value to floral than what youd pick up at groceries stores.
