I had bought a sofa set from Home Zone in Lewisville. TX. Brooke (Im pretty sure thats her name) convinced me to buy the sofa set. She told me that if I chose the option to have it delivered at home, it would come with full delivery service which means that they will move my old sofa where ever I wanted them to and install the new one where I wanted them to. That suited me fine as I would certainly need help moving my old sofa to the living room upstairs. When they delivered the already installed sofa set they said they will not move my old sofa upstairs, they will just move it aside and put the new sofa in place of the old one. I told them that that was not what I was told when I chose to have it delivered at home, and that I did not have anyone to help me move the old one upstairs. They said they couldnt help it. She also said that if I buy the extra warranty on it, and after six months if I decided I really didnt need it I could cancel it any time and I would get the refund back on the extra warranty. I could not believe this so I asked her again and again and she said yes I would get the money back. Its been three months since I bought this sofa. My husband said to call them and cancel the warranty. When I called them they said that is not their company policy. They said you can cancel the extra warranty but you dont get any refund back. That was the second blow. The quality of the sofa also did not turn out to be that great for the price I paid. I feel like Home Zone trains their sales associates to lie to customers just to strike a deal! I feel my hard earned money has gone own the drain. I wish I had never bought this sofa set from there.

Incompetent personnel. I purchased a love seat, couch and matching ottoman on 9/18. I was advised that the ottoman was not in stock. I informed the sales associate I didnt need the furniture until mid-October. She then reassured me the typical wait time for an item is 2 to 3 weeks so they could make the cut off but shed call me to confirm this the following Tues due to their warehouse being closed on Sun and Mon. After no call on Tues or Wed, I called Thur only to be told they couldnt get a hold of anyone at the warehouse and I would receive a call back. Again...no one called. I called again asking why the lack of communication after the complete of my sale only to be told "we dont know". Needless to say my furniture was delivered without the ottoman and I still have not received it....6 weeks later. Multiple phone calls, infinite hold times and several lies later, I may possibly have the golden opportunity to pick up my ottoman today, according to Management. Keep in mind, I didnt finance my furniture. They received every dime of the purchase price on 9/18. BUYER BEWARE: Nebraska Furniture Mart and Amazon can get your merchandise quicker without the hassle. Once the sale is complete, they dont give a damn about you. In addition, you are not given a 2 or 4 hour window at the time of purchase for delivery. You have to wait for them to call you the day before with a window. I never received a call and had to resort to reaching out to them.....again. As much time as Ive spent on the phone resolving their issues, I may just update my resume to "furniture sales associate."

This has been the worst experience ever! The manager Erica was very friendly while we were buying our furniture. However the rest that followed was horrible. The deliver people were extremely rude and didnt take care in the delivery of our furniture. There were scratches and dents on most all the pieces of furniture. They also for got a major piece to our table. We were then forced to wait two days to get our table put together. We then sent back our entertainment stand. We were told to come into the store to get a refund ( we moved away from lewisville) so that was inconvenient. We went in and were told the manager was out and the furniture wasnt back in the warehouse yet, so we would need to contact them(homezone) next day to receive. As we called them the next we were told oh we cant do it over the phone you need to come back in again. Inconvenient! Now to make matters worse we were told by micha that we would get some sort of discount for them damaging the furniture or we can send it all back. Are you kidding we just set up our home! The discount was an awesome 3%. Nothing compared to what we spent nor deserved for the terrible customer service we have had to deal with. The then started to ignore me and only speak to my boyfriend. They have put us through hell and need to get it together. We will never shop at homezone again nor recommend it to family or friends.

I should have gone to Home Zone Furniture first!!!! I would have saved myself a lot of time and disappointment. Luckily, I found everything I needed and wanted at Home Zone Furniture! I was very pleased with their selection and affordability. Not to mention the various payment options you can choose and the friendliness of the staff is an added plus. I cant stop talking about my great experience and lovely pieces of furniture and bedding I purchased. Ill be a repeat customer for sure and so will you too!!!

Me and my husband were looking for a new bed set and we were very satisfied with Jose! Very patient and answered any questions we had. I did not feel rushed or pressured. He explained all the paperwork including that the movers do not move your furniture and the delivery information. (Addressing previous review) The delivery guys came earlier than expected which was great and installed everything! If we decide to buy more furniture in the future we will definitely come back to see him!

Jose is amazing! I just relocated from Florida to Texas and was in need of new bedroom furniture for my kiddos...I couldnt make up my mind I kept changing what I wanted and he was just so patient. I planned to only spend no more than 500.00 well because of his great personality and patience I decided to spend more money with HomeZone...I love spending money on good products and amazing customer service and he did just that for me!

Ordered a bunch of furnishings to outfit a rental property. They were late on delivery by 5 days due to a clerk error... that part was a bit of an inconvenience. Mistakes happen I guess. Delivery and install/setup happened pretty smoothly when everything arrived. The sales floor was nice and the staff helpful. A decent selection of furnishings at a low price. Furniture seems to be good. Overall... Ill do business again.

Great place to shop for furniture!!! Good quality and great value!!! My cousin and I were greeted by the store manager Erica...such a pleasure doing business with her...she made us feel welcomed and the store even has section for the kids to watch movies and eat icecream!!! You really get more "BANG for YOUR BUCKS!"

We walked in and were not greeted by anyone, but Jose Rosales came out from the back and immediately asked us if we needed help. He was very friendly and helpful, we were in to purchase a 5pc dining set and ended up with a 7 piece. We would return back to his place because of Joses great customer service!
