Dont let the no credit check/low DP pull you in. Worst experience Ive had anywhere! The $500/ mo payment I had at CarMart would have been worth it after the trouble Ive had here. Car was alright for about 2 weeks, and wasnt even drivable after that. I called them before I even made my first payment, because was told by Jay when the car was sold to me that if there was any problems they would replace the vehicle. Well apparently he lied, & after probably 2 months of arguing with this place, they finally "fixed" the car, & put tires on it that werent even be same size. So after arguing with them some more they had us bring it back to "fix" again, and after Jay (the salesman) cussed me & my fiancé & also got in face threatening to fight him, the car was "fixed"... Also the manager was there, and continued to be rude to us after everything that happened. No one would give us he owners info, and they told us if we card the police on Jay they would not fix our car. LOL. & let me just say that the car now has new issues. Engine light is on, and the car will die when taking off. A window recently quit (& its getting cold outside) the car will also randomly run hot. & not to mention it has a weird smell that will not come out if it that was obviously masked when we bought the car. Horrible cars. Horrible employees. Horrible service.

Only reason this piece of s*** car dealership is getting a single star is because i cant give them 0. My payment is due on the 29th and im on vacation with my family in Tennessee, and wont be back until monday morning. Im trying to explain to thw woman at the office that we are not in town, and i do not use banks so i dont have a debit card to make the payment so id be there first thing the day we got back in town. All she does is talk over me and would not let me speak. But little do they know we bought the car with issues that could have injured my family by juat driving it. So lawyer is already paid and the suit will be filed on the 1st :) thanks for nothing guys. You did nothing but screw yourselves, which might be nice considering you screw people every day. So we will see you in court very soon :) as for the service, its horrible. Worst attitude and worst salemanship ive ever seen. Expecially the owner. Hes too scared to call his own customers and hides behind a fat woman at the desk, and has no experience in business at all. I do not recommend this POS DEALER TO ANYONE. WORST DEALERSHIP IN KY.

I am buying a 2005 Chevy cobalt LT from them and Ibe known Bob for two years maybe three and I out 600 down and I pay 260 a month.. when I went there he said with that kind of down payment I can only get you into this one unless you have a down payment of 1000. I went around the block in the car and I noticed a rattle under the car but I figured I would just have it fixed. I was on I-75 being it to my house in georgetown and I almost didnt make it home. My car Im paying 5000 total for it and I am taking it back after fixing almost everything but now the problem is the 5 speed shifter is not wanting to shift and the motor man when your slowing down the motor is trying to go faster......never again will I but a used car.

If i could give a 0 star i would. Ive had 2 cars from them in a 5 year period and both cars were death traps. My impala just got towed last night. Started having tired axel problems come to find out the tire wasnt connected to the axelthe vehicle was wobbling as driving meaming could break down at any given moment. Took the car back tp try and get a safe driveable car ... All they were worried about was the money and if i Could put more money down to be put into a safe driven car .... I hadnt had my impala longer than 5 months. These people only worry about money.. Not if their customers are happy and safe on the road. smh never shopping with them again.

Horrible experience, I traded in my 04 impala plus a deposit for a 07 trail blazer thinking it would be a great car for me and my kids extra space that we needed, four days later it shut down on me and my kids in traffic, I had it towed back to north broadway at my expense with a full tank of gas in it, they replaced it with a 06 trail blazer it shut down that same day I also had that towed at my expense with half a tank of gas in it I was not given money back for gas, they do not service their vehicles, the only way they would let me out my contract was if they got to keep my down payment of course,

This place takes advantage of people who have little money and poor credit or no credit. Please if buying a vehicle from here have inspected by a mechanic. Robert is rude and disrespectful. I will never buy a vehicle from here again! IF YOU BOUGHT FROM HERE PLEASE GO ON BBB AND FILE A COMPLAINT!!! If they did not disclose any problems with car you have rights!!!

Horrible experience they sold me a complete lemon!!! Which means POS had the car not even 3 hours it stopped on me it continues to mess up and all they can say is they cant do anything about it. I will NEVER go there ever again!!! 3200 wasted they are complete crooks I am filing a law suit against them if you dont want to waste your money dont go there!

The commercials are absolutely terrible. I have not been to this place but just the commercial alone is proof enough for me not to want to go. Why they thought having that girl kelly blabbing like an annoying teenager as an acceptable commercial just shows how incompetent they probably are at selling cars.

Got a car from them and it is a lemon. Had it about 4 months before the transmission started acting up. They told me to bring more money to them to get another vehicle. No way!!!! LIKE WHY CANT I USE THE MONEY IVE ALREADY PUT INTO THIS BUCKET !?! I will never get another car from them EVER!!!

They truly are good people,they will work with you.all you have to do is pay the payments, I have had a good experience there.They require collision insurance.but so does everybody else.They have been in business for over twenty years,that should say something
