An absolute nightmare. I was with my elderly handicapped mother and I had to walk out of the supermarket without purchasing any goods. I was loading up for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and a female clerk started trouble. I had to walk out. She was unprofessional, unpolite and downright rude. She even started to curse me out in Spanish after she left the scene and returned to try to bait me into further arguments. Imagine that? She works there and she is arguing with a customer. The supermarket was relatively empty. I am absolutely sure that she has something to do with it. Every other supermarket in the area was full with lines 10 to 20 customers deep. It is a shame that she works here. Other employees either smiled at her or shook their heads but not one said stop dont do that or had the decency to tell her to quit it. She should be fired. I have contacted 311, the department of consumer affairs, Associated Head Office and the Better Business Bureau. She should not be allowed to work around people. I just called to speak to Bruce Pack the owner but he was not present. I will try again tomorrow. A complaint needs to be filed. This cannot be dropped. She did not even care that I was with my 75 year old handicapped mother. What was she thinking? Not much!

I have been going to this supermarket for years, it is nearby so it is convenient, but the employees are rude, confrontational and disrespectful to customers, even those who have been shopping there for years! You can always hear them insulting or talking behind the customers back as soon as they think they are out of sight, when in doubt they speak Spanish, but some of us can still understand them. The items are always priced wrong, and if you inquire or make it noticed you get attitude from the cashiers, or like it happened in my case they insult you in Spanish!! Or throw money back at you! The Deli counter is always under stuffed, and they do not listen when you specify what you want, give you wrong cold cuts, or cut too thick. If you complain even politely they scoff at you!! A shoppers Delight is NOT! When I spoke to the manager though he seemed polite, and listened, he is OK his staff untrained and rude!!!

The service of the cashier is not nice, she doesnt know what the offer means, two weeks ago, the kraff American singles on sale, 2/$4, limit 3 offers, I took 6packs which is 3 offers, she kept saying that is more than the limit, I dont wanted to argue with her,then I took 3 packs, after l was home checked my receipt, she charged me $2.50/each. That is not first time, I didnt go back to have my money back because I am so tire to argue with them, I really dont want shopping in that market.

Best local 24/7 hours supermarket in the area at best bargain prices. Great assortment of fresh veggies and fruits delivered daily from local farms . Supermarket open 24 hours 7 days a week . This store has fresh-cut flower bouquets and plants, large selection of domestic and imported beer and few choices of table wine , deli offering salads and sandwiches, Boars Head brand fresh cuts , fresh bread , and typical supermarket food and produce . #1 Supermarket in the area !!!

milk in this store is always bad they leave it out in crates for hours and then they put it in cooler. Frozen vegetables have 2010 date and ice cream is always freezer rotted. I got very sick from ice cream I bought it tasted like Freon. This store should be checked out by board of health seriously.

Terrible staff and management I usually go in and out of supermarkets with no issues I went to this place few times each time there are problems unhappy rude cashiers unqualified so called managers will never go back .

Good place to shop, got great employees, but lack some food. Also they meat cuts are not as great, no rib eye, strip steak or any sort of thick steak, all cheap cuts and thin steak.
