this place absolutely sucks. I called & spoke to a woman, even asked her if I needed an appointment. she said no, repeated the hours to me & everything. so I travel all the way to Queens from Brooklyn and the stupid woman in there says that there is no doctor available. I dont see why the woman on the phone couldnt have told me that. it would have saved a lot of time & they wouldnt be getting this terrible review. bottom line, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. their staff is poorly trained and non-empathetic, an absolute disgrace to the medical profession as a whole.

The frames are amazing! A wide selection of brands make choosing the right frame hard (but doable of course). My glasses came within 7 business days, so its quite a wait. However, the customer service is HORRIBLE. The ladies are rude, not sympathetic at all. They gossip about customers in front of other customers, very unprofessional.

They have a great selection of glasses. You will find the latest trends on glasses at a great price. The doctor was very good. He suggested progressive lens instead of bifocal lens that I normally wear. The progressive lens work so much better for me. I will definitely go back when its time to refill my contact lenses.

The worse service ever! They made my daughters eyeglasses wrong! And then they took over a week to fix it. Now I just noticed they made other mistake this glass is black and the other is transparent ! Now I have to come back and they are going to take over a week again!??
