Doctor is arrogant. When she was doing 1234 lens thing. I told her to make the font smaller so I can see the difference and she said she was the doctor and the one of us two that knows better. I have a good eye doctor (Willy Ky on Yelp). When I said the same thing to him, he apologized. What a difference! The salespeople talked to me very coldly. I am still a teenager. I think thats the reason. When my mom cam with me, they talked to her much more warmly, even the younger saleswoman who doesnt even bother to talked to me when I first came, now was apparently striving to please my mom. I simply hate people who doesnt take teenagers seriously just because they think teenagers dont have the money and their parents do. Disgusting attitude.

好像还没有给过中文评价吧，觉得第一次给的评价既然只有2颗星。是第一次到这家店里配眼镜选了镜架，给两颗心的原因是他们家工作人员服务挺好的。可是他们家的眼镜架真的猫腻很大。。花220刀既然回家一查是既然在网络上查不到的杂牌--随后会发上图片和详细 1年半评测谢谢。

The people are extremely rude, and lack customer service. Even the older doctor is condescending and yelled at me during an eye exam because I was trying to make small talk. Every time I walk in there, I have to stand for a couple of minutes for someone to even see me and address my issues. Horrible place.

Highly recommend! I went in today nervous about getting contact lenses for the first time, but Diana was amazing! Very funny and friendly along with the rest of her staff. Theyre also affordable and great at what they do. You wont regret working with them!

I walked in since i need to get my prescriptions glasses and i must say very friendly staff and very quick! also was informed in a week My glasses should be ready to be picked up! Hours are very flexible as well. Im so glad they are near my house.

The worker was so rude and impatient，and they did not show any respect to the customer。They treat me Like treat a homeless! It seems like they look down upon certain group of people! So nasty!

Dr. Ma is knowledgeable. Staffs are just OK but lacking friendliness. Average experience here. Price is relatively high.
