“It was a long drive fro Minneapolis to councle bluffs but worth every minute. Not only did these guys save me over 7 thousand dollars but they were super happy to do it. I was searching for a particular rv and I found one here in Minneapolis and one at Edwards. The prices that the guys gave me was way lower than my local dealer and even when I showed my local sales lady the awesome price the guys at Edwards gave me and asked her to match she wouldnt budge. In fact she gave me a line about how her rv was better than the one at Edwards and how I would have to drive it all the way to councle bluffs to have any warranty work done in the future. Well the guys at Edwards reassured me that any future warranty work could be done anywhere. That makes sense because lets say you notice something wrong. Its probably going to be while you are out using the rv lets say a vacation in lets say Florida. You just bring it to a dealer there and have the work done. Does that mean my local dealer would make me travel all the way back to Minneapolis to get work done on her rv? She couldnt answer that one lol. The guys at Edwards are great and made us feel welcome and at home. Kinda like we were part of the family. Thanks guys. ”

I bought my 2010 850 Polaris XP new at Full Throttle in 2010. Ive had all of my service done there. All done according to the service manual guidelines and all done correctly until the last service. That mechanic no longer works there. Given the fact they had all of my service records on file, they recommended I look at trading up. I absolutely loved my 2010 but Full Throttle gave me a great no-hassle trade-in since they had the service records and knew they were getting a very good resale ATV. I took the leap of faith and have to say, I loved my 2010 but the 2015 is silky smooth to ride and the new plow system is awesome compared to the 2010 version I had. I highly recommend trading up if youre thinking about it. Full Throttle has been a great business experience. Bobby Edwards and his service and sales department are great to work with. They took ownership of the last service snafu and made it right.No hassle, all professional.

I am very pleased with my motorcycle purchase from Edwards Motorsports. Bobby Edwards and his staff - from sales to service to administration are true professionals. They also care deeply for their customers and try (and often succeed) at making a positive difference. I could honestly say that there were many aspects of my transaction that could have caused a concern or even become a negative - BUT THE STAFF AT EDWARDS MOTORSPORTS ALWAYS CAME THROUGH WITH GOOD NEWS TO INSURE MY TRANSACTION WAS ULTIMATELY THE MOST PLEASING PURCHASE AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE AS YET KNOWN. Great people (think honest and capable) to work with. They have earned my trust and loyalty.

SAVE your bike! Dropped of my bike for an oil change and they layed it down! Dumped it, wrecked it, whatever you want to call it. A 30min oil change turned out to be a 4.5hour catastropy.. They fixed some of the damage to the bike but I had to come back. I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THE OIL CHANGE. Came back a week later only to find out that I had to leave it overnight, which is fine except that they failed to inform me of this over the phone. So I had to wait over an hour for their "courtesy van".. Staff was uncooperative even though they were the ones who caused this in the first place. Save your bike and go somewhere else!

We are very very happy with your dealership! We were introduced to their dealership and felt like part of a family with the greetings of our salesman JEFF REEKS !! We search the internet for 6 months on floorplans of 5th wheels to be like Home away from Home! We purchased and they had the best competitive pricing within a 4 state area of NEW 5th Wheels! Made an appointment to have our Ranger worked on. That was on Monday. Its Wednesday evening. We called. Were told they plan on looking at it on Thursday afternoon or Friday. Why were we given an appointment for MONDAY? When we purchased it, it was strange how anxious the salesperson was to make the sale that day. Later we found out that there was a $$$ rebate that he didnt tell us about. He made a huge bonus off of our purchase. Nothing good so far. Oh, and if youre wondering why we went back for service, its because another dealer said the warranty they sold us is so bad, they wont honor it.

I just want to say that Dalton (Dont remember his last name) was great. I was just looking, window shopping and Dalton came by. Told him I was looking for a used 4 wheeler. He showed me what you guys had. Told him what I was looking for and the price range. He didnt have it but would call if something came in. My husband then joined us and Dalton showed us side-by-sides. Never considered that as an option but its something we may be interested in. Dalton was very polite and knowledgeable. Please let him know how happy I was with his service.

My bike broke down 5000 miles in on a ride around the US. Unfortunately I was riding a Buell and parts were hard to come by. The service department did the impossible and got me back on the road in 24 hours. After having to drop the engine and get into the piston to remove a screw that dropped out. I got to watch the whole time and they knew what they were doing. After all this and putting a rush on it all, I expected this extravagant bill for all the hours involved, but they basically cut it in half. Best service department ever

Edward motor sports recently bought out Werner Cycle Works Victory motorcycle inventory and became the new local Victory motorcycle dealership. Before this happened, however, I was in the middle of negotiating a price for a 2015 Victory Gunner with Werner Cycle works. After the buy out I headed over to Edwards motorsports and they honored the same price point for the bike that Werner Cycle Works had offered. They made it quick and easy and I was out the door with my new ride at the previous negotiated price. Awesome.

I paid good money for gsxr 1000 love the bike had it a week and fork seals start leaking shawn the manager keeps telling me he will call me back trying to get them to cover part of the cost as they want 400 to do the job when rpm told me they would charge 250 .. I am being ignored by manager and put off by him as well i can see they have no customer relation whats so ever I wi never do business with these crooks again ... Im not looking for a free fix just for them to work with me and be fair ..
