We walked in to this shop and the owner was there, whos name is Paul. He was down to earth, and respected my time and situation. He was also very friendly to my children. Overall, it was a good experience. It didnt seem to take all too long... The prices were reasonable, comparable to Town Fair tires lowest model with their offered "special discount for me". I think I got a much better tire (Goodyear line) for a better price with Paul. I also like that there wasnt any price buildups, like balancing.. Mounting.. Disposal fees.. Etc. I didnt have to look at spreadsheets or do any algebra to figure out how much the tires were. The price quoted was the price out the door, of which I paid using a credit card. This shop says they stand by their customers, with cheap to free flat repairs even on tires they didnt specifically buy from them. I plan on bringing my other car over.

Super service, great prices, and a terrific bunch of guys. There arent any additional charges. The price of mounting, rotating, balancing, etc. are included in the cost of the tire (which is very fair to begin with). I only had to get one bum tire replaced but they fixed the leak on another tire without charging extra. I would definitely keep going back for all of my tire needs.

I had a great experience with the staff over at Discount Tire in West Haven. I needed 4 new tires place on my car and they told me to come in at 3:00. I arrive at 3:00 and was out of there before 3:20. Very rapid service if youre in a hurry. Discount Tire....I would highly recommend to the next person!

Great service, great tires, awesome prices!!! Even though I moved from West Haven, I still go back to get tires. Paulie is one of the most honest salesmen that I have ever met. Dont forget to throw a few bucks in the tip container for the guys out back . . . they hustle and get you in and out fast!

I totally agree with all the other reviews...the owner and staff are VERY friendly and nice...the service is fast; he delivers on his promise to give you the best price possible.and the tires are guaranteed...what else could you ask for? Why pay more? Go there and you wont be sorry!

Great group of guys...AMAZING service. As soon as I walked in I was assisted. I had a nail stuck in my rear passenger tire and I was in and out in minutes. I will definitely recommend anyone to get their tire(s) situation fixed at Discount Tire Center. Thank you Paul!!!! :)

This place is the best.......Paul always gives a great deal and is always honest......He will talk you out of a purchase if you dont need it........Make sure you tip the staff......those guys in the back really hustle to make things as quick as possible

Had them rotation and balanced they didnt clean or prep my wheels wich lead to a heavy vibration after 45 mph good for tire repairs but wouldnt bring my car back
