Where do I begin. My wife and I went into this location and purchased a floor model set through Liz, with an Ashely plush mattress and box spring. Since it was a floor model, we were informed that we needed to make arrangements for pick up since they dont delivery floor models. Liz ensured us that the model would be removed off the floor first thing the next day and tagged together ready for us to pick up, which did not happen. We contracted for pick up and on the day of pick up, upon delivery, we noticed that they gave us a regular Regency brand mattress and box spring. In addition to the mattress set being incorrect, they also neglected to provide the mattress protector to the contractor. My wife called the store and was constantly placed on hold for the manager but somehow kept getting rerouted to the voicemail. She finally got through and was told that we would have to come get the mattress protector or be refunded for it. I called and was informed that a manager will call me back, never got a call back. My wife and I went into the store the following day and asked to speak with the store manager, Fila. He was very nonchalant and didnt seem to care that Regency screwed up in not providing us the correct items. Only after my wife relentlessly insisted on knowing when they would deliver the correct mattress did he decide to call the contractor to see if he could come and pick up the mattress and box spring. Customer satisfaction and service is not something that this store is familiar with. The only positive aspect of our experience was working with Linda. She was helping in trying to help resolve the mattress issues. Aside from her, would certainly not recommend this store or Regency in general.

This is by far the worst furniture store I have ever bought furniture from. They carry low-quality furniture that will breakdown in no time at all. They have the worst customer service I have ever come across. They will say practically anything to talk one into buying their furniture along with the extended warranty. We bought furniture from this store in 2010. The sales representative convinced us to purchase the 5-year Protection Plan, stating that it would cover the furniture on all types of damages or breakdowns that occur within that time frame. In 2013, the furniture had undergone some mechanical and structural breakdown to the fabric as well as breakage of the frames. I sent in numerous pictures corroborating my claim of these damages, but they chose not to honor the claims. I made several calls and left several messages for their Warranty department but they refused to return my calls. All attempts to reach the Warranty department manager were to no avail. I strongly advise against purchasing furniture from this store as they are duplicitous when it comes to addressing customers concerns with respect to damages or breakdown of their low-quality furniture. On speaking with someone else who bought furniture from this store in the past, it appears that I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with them.

All was fine until the delivery date. delivery men ripped the leather couch- refused to take ownership of their negligence - stating it came from the warehouse in that condition. the delivery was done on a Saturday- tried calling customer service to lodge the complaint and arrange for delivery of no -damaged merchandise-- Customer Service is closed on Saturday ( why- that has to be the busiest day to receive calls). Called them that Monday morning-- thankfully, the situation had been documented- however the replacement will not be available for another Month. Had I not called them, I would not be aware of this information- they made no attempt to contact us. I requested refund of delivery fee for the inconvenience-- they stated- that cant be done until the actual merchandise is delivered. Asked to speak with upper management- was placed on hold and then told no one is available but would call back-- 48 hours later--- no call. I have lodge a complaint with the BBB. Anywhere I can place this complaint- it will be done--

I bought furniture, had the sales person try to get me to let him deliver the furniture, he got really upset when I asked him "if I let you deliver my furniture, would I still be covered if you damage the furniture" if no, than no, I would rather pay the delivery fee that holds a guarantee. When the furniture was delivered, I was to receive three pieces, and received only two, called the sales person and he told me I was only to receive the two pieces, and argued me down that he did not tell us that we would receive all three pieces. Then told us thats what you get for not letting him deliver the furniture to you. He was really nasty, I spoke with the manager only to find out that the person I spoke with was not the manager, this was the Landover store. This was the worst purchase Ive experienced and I have purchased from the Waldorf store many times. SMH.

I went there to buy a bed. I shopped around and the staff was polite. They didnt have the correct price for the bed I wanted posted which I would have taken advantage of because they would have to sell it for that cheaper price but it was a Queen price and I needed a Full. But because the price was higher than the sales person originally thought he took the deal he offered for the free box spring off the table. I still got a good deal because a site was selling the same mattress for mush less so I got it $50 cheaper from Regency after showing the manager. The only frustration I went though was with a inattentive new employee there but she was just a teen so I simply informed the manager of her being out in space in the middle of helping me to the point someone else had to do the sale for her.

I have a HUGE complaint! I came by the Waldorf store and order 3 rooms worth of furniture on 6/13/15. I wrote a check which was cleared by my bank on 6/15/15. I wanted a delivery to my home on 6/22/15 but was told that I could not as my mattress would not be available. I agreed that my delivery will be on 7/3/15 (this is 3 WEEKS AFTER I PAID!). Now Regency is calling me telling me that I cannot get my furniture delivered until next week (7/6/15 - 7/10/15). This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Regency has had more than enough time to gather all of my furniture. Now you all are telling me that the date that was chosen does not have any availability slots. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM REGENCY AGAIN AND I WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO SPEND ANY MONEY AT REGENCY EITHER.

Oh my goodness, where do i start? I ordered a complete bedroom set and at the time of the order, i was told they had everything in stock but for the dresser and mirror and since i wanted it asap, they said they would deliver what they had in stock the next day which was a Saturday and the rest as soon as it came in which had to be in 4weeks. Its 2 months today and nothing has been delivered, they have never even called to explain what the hold up is. i called and spoke with the store manager "Mohammad" who was obviously the nastiest customer service rep i have ever encountered. he was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. I would never buy from regency again and would never recommend them to any one.
