I have bought several cars from Citrus Kia, and have always had a great experience, not to mention two other family members who have bought from Citrus Kia, so you could say we are a Kia family and that we enjoy Citrus Kia......Until recently. I informed everyone I was working at with at Citrus Kia that I needed a vehicle to tow my 1500-1700 pound boat I just bought. I was brought to the Sorento 2.4L 6speed automatic, I was told it would do the job because of its new GDI system and increased horse power. I made my concern absolutely clear and Paul the manager assured me up and down that it would be just fine and that he tows his boat with his Sorento all the time! Not only that but if it didnt work out to bring my Sorento back and they would "Make it right." Well guess what it DID NOT WORK, not even close and really we were very fortunate to get off of the boat ramp. So I went to Kia and explained, and Paul pretty much acted like I was a liar and that the only thing he could do was trade me into another vehicle! Seriously is that taking care of your customer that you completely lied to. I found that the max rating for tow on my Sorento is 1650. I was told 1600-2000 when I was buying, so that was basically lie number one. Why would you put anyone at the high end of the towing capacity to begin with? In my opinion Paul is nothing but a crook who was trying to make a quick sale, and I am the one who got dubbed. If I can manage to get out of this Sorento you can trust that I will not be choosing Kia again and certainly not Citrus Kia, and my family members will not be back either! I would advise all to be weary under Pauls management, and be careful to what you believe. Ive learned my lesson. Now I will be out of a boat, and have nothing but an expensive hunk of metal I can virtually do nothing with. Thanks Citrus Kia, you got me good!

Citrus Kia Has a Heart and Soul! I am a Senior Citizen. In December of 2012, my car was backed into in a parking lot. The drivers’ insurance company fixed the car by sending me to a Auto Body Shop in Citrus County. They did a good job, but the paint job they provided was not my color. I complained to the shop and the owner of the shop said it was a good match and he could not do any better. Not knowing what to do, I took my car to Citrus Kia because I felt like they are my family, because I just wanted their opinion about the color. The General Manager, a very nice young man, Paul Arduser, and the Auto Mechanic said I was right; it was a different color than the rest of the body of my Citrus Kia Soul. I called the Insurance Adjuster out to check out what Citrus Kia told me about my car. The Adjuster said it was an okay job and could not do anything else for me. I was very upset because my car in the back had a green tint to it and not the sparkling metallic color that the rest of my car has. I called Citrus Kia and Paul. He was out and he called me back. He said, “Don’t worry about it, we will paint your car, just bring your car in with no charge.” They did a fantastic job, my car is back like it was, and not only did they not charge me, they gave me a car for two days to use! I am 77 senior citizen who limited income. I am very grateful what Citrus Kia did for me! I thought everyone should know about what wonderful people they are and how they did treat me like family. I would like to thank Paul Arduser for all his help, in making my Soul Perfect! Paul is a very nice young man, who is a professional and has a big heart! I love my Citrus Kia Soul! Thank you! Our "2011 Kia Soul +" was in the service dept. for a small item recall notice ... which was promptly taken care of to our satisfaction ... Being that we havent had this vehicle for a complete 2 years yet ... we were looking around the dealerships showroom while killing time waiting on our vehicle ... and got involved in a conversation with Joe Slater, one of the Sales Consultants ... we very much appreciated both his ease and candor during our lengthy conversation where he was answering any and all questions to the best of his ability concerning our cars value in 2, 3 or 4 years from purchase ... specifically to help us make the decision on our own ... without feeling any pressure what so ever ... as to when is the best time to trade it in, etc. ... All vehicle owners have a pretty good idea of just how much your "new" vehicle depreciates the second you drive it off the dealers lot ... but, looking to make the best economic decision as to when is the best time to trade it in order to get as much as money as possible for your trade and what possible discounts we would be eligible to receive (loyalty, armed forces, etc.) is something you have to educate yourself on ... If there was a gentleman I would recommend sitting down with and knowing that he will talk straight with you ... its Joe Slater ... we will definitely be calling him when the time is right for us to consider trading our present vehicle in for a new and upgraded model ... who would have ever guessed someone would give us so much assistance without making a sale ... but, it definitely made a very big and positive impression on us !!!

My husband started some of the buying process yesterday online. Within approximately 15 minutes Justin sent a text message to him. He communicated with him a few times and set up an appointment for this morning. Justin was very welcoming and offered us refreshments before we got started. He listened to us, respected us and explained every step of the process as we went through it. There was NO pushing of a specific vehicle, he chose a 2017 Kia Forte based on what we explained to him for our needs. I chose not to test drive the car as I wanted to make sure everything was fine with the deal. Bad experience at a different dealership lead me to hold off on test driving the car. Justin showed us around the dealership and introduced us to the service department. We had a couple of employees come over and welcome us as well. When it was time to finish up the paperwork, we were introduced to Barry. He joked around with us a little and then gave us some awesome news about our deal. He helped get us a better deal, with a better interest rate, AND a lower car payment. These two gentlemen were very down to earth, very personable and respectful. Hands down the BEST experience we have ever had at a dealership!!! This was the nicest and fastest car deal we have ever had! We will be a returning customer for future vehicles. Oh, and my drive home would have equated to the test drive. This is the first time owning a Kia and I am the happiest Ive ever been with a vehicle. Its a great car, Justin chose the right one for us!! Thank you all!!
