In terms of product variety, I would say it is a tad above average; however, sizing may be limited due to availability. Pricing is very reasonable and the brands they carry are well known. In terms of the staff, I encountered two rude employees. The first one which did not care to help us, just kept pointing his finger at the line which was empty as to excuse himself for not helping me. The manager then walked by and asked if I needed help. I mentioned the rude mannerisms of his employee. She proceeded to ignore my comment and assist the costumer that approached the registers after me. For the rest of the employees they were polite and helpful. I would return to this store without any higher expectation that anyone would after such an encounter. Go in, help yourself and get out.

Had very bad experience in this store. Not only the manager is not capable to understand clearly the promotion that the store advertised but also was very rude and unhelpful . After receiving bad customer service from this individual I asked her for number to corporate office or district manager . The joke of a manger refused to give me It in her words " Im not going to giving you no such thing "

Terrible customer service ! The employee specifically stated that she is doing me a favor returning a purchase with a gift receipt ! This is unheard of in the retail industry ! The cashier employee also proceeded to make unpleasant facial expressions while performing the transaction ! Shame ! Will never shop here again ! They just lost another customer due to the incompetency of their employees!

Its a great place for sweet deals. Everyone that works there is polite. I always find something. AND-The store manager is sooo nice and helpful and professional. He does a fantastic job. Not to mention he is super hot!! I cant wait to shop there again.

This is the off store chain I go to. Way better than the Nordstrom Rack and Bloomdales Outlet. Much better selection, great for mens suit and formal dress needs. I bought many designer jacket and pants from this place and will come back again soon.
