I drove to the dealer from Chicago after numerous phone calls to the sales lady I was dealing with to purchase a used 2009 Pontiac G6 convertible . I was being extra picky due to the long drive. The sales lady assured me there were no scratches or dents. She advised the two small touch ups were so small she could not photograph them. I was advised it was as close to new that a 2009 could be. On my arrival I found scratches on the rims and body and also three dents in the car. One door handle was painted the other was not and the front bumper emblem was cracked and missing the decorative center. The car was also missing the antenna so the radio would not work. To me this is not close to new. The original sales lady was off and the two other sales ladies were very nice but unaware of my conversations with the first person I had been dealing with all week on the phone. They claimed the damage must have occurred after our phone conversations and would not reduce the price but would adjust the price on an extended bumper to bumber warranty for me. I agreed and returned my one way car rental to enterprise that was closing shorty. Upon returning to the dealer I was advised the warranty they quoted was not bumper to bumper and that one was over $1000 more. They now would not reduce the price on the car or change the price on the warranty. My options were to spend more money on a hotel room and another rental car or buy the car and fix the damage . They did find an antenna so the radio worked but it was not the right one for the car. I asked if they had a paintless dent removal service which they advised they did but they wouldnt be in until next week. They would not even reduce the price $100 to cover the paintless dent removeal by me. To fix /replace and paint the broken or damaged parts will be probably $500 out of pocket for me. I purchased the car but was very disapointed in the lack of honesty in describing the car. Ok so I tried to call the GM Steve 5 different times over a week and a half and left messages 5 seperate times. He has yet to call me back. His voice mail is also full . Why would you post to call him if he never returns calls? Also durring this mess I have not been able to register my car in Illinois because according to your office the paperwork was sent back to you. I got hold of the lady who does the titles at the Louisville store who stated she would fed ex it to Illinois so I could get my plates before the temp expired. Well instead of sending it to the Secretary of State here she sent it to me with a list of what to do. You charged me a $499 document fee and have done nothing but mail me the paperwork and let me file it myself.What did I pay $499 for? She also left a note to call if I have questions. I have a lot. Ive called her several times she also will not return my calls. Now I have to drive 40 minutes from my house , because there are only certain offices that will do this , and do it all myself. So Mr Neil Huffman if you or anyone that might care about the people that spend money at your store may read this. Im now out $500 in repairs to the car I bought that was not as it was advertised and out another $499 for a fee you charged me for nothing and am still trying to get my plates switched over. Please dont post another Im sorry message . Have somone that can do something for me call me or just send me a check for the $499 and another $200 for the dent removal . 06/09/16 Update. THANK YOU DUSTIN! After two months Dustin fixed the majority of my issues in less than an hour. I wish he was there when I purchased my car , Im sure this could have all been avoided . Whoever is in charge of customer relations should take note of how Dustin deals with problems he is an asset to the company. Thanks again Dustin. 11/20/16 Another update. My Pontiac has been in the shop 5 times in 7 months. It needed front end work, a new transmission, new exaust, drivers seat frame broke, one head light shorts out and the alarm fobs stopped working. Dont believe it when they say the cars are inspected.

SEE JESSE SMOOT!!!!! After I totaled my vehicle My insurance paid for a rental. A few days later they called, made a low offer on my 2012 Malibu, then told me I had to return the rental. I drive almost an hour to and from work daily and need something dependable for transportation. I was devastated and had know where to turn. After all I had only been at my new job 6 months and after the insurance paying their part on my car I was still left with a good chunk to pay it off. I placed a call to Neil Huffmans and spoke with Jesse Smoot. He was very understanding and told me not to stress that I had called the right place. By the end of the day I was driving home in a 2014 limited edition Jeep Cherokee. Has all the features I could ever need or want. Him and Dustin worked very hard to straighten everything out for me in my price range and they made sure I had GAP insurance. I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received and would refer anyone to Jesse and Dustin. Thank you for everything in helping me continue to provide for my family! When Im ready to trade in (not anytime soon because I love it) I will definitely return. I will never go any where else! Jesse and Dustin you ROCK!

As a former Sam Swope customer, I simply cannot say enough good things about Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort! I am especially grateful for their amazing Service Department. I would like to thank Alexis Holland (Service Advisor), and Carl Birkhead (Lead Technician), for the awesome team work on my recent car repairs. Carl is literally a real life walking, talking "GOOGLE" of Honda!! His knowledge and expertise of Hondas immediately put my mind at ease. Alexis was also very knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and customer service oriented, as well. It was such a relief knowing my car was being serviced by the best of the best or as I like to call them "The Dynamic Duo" of Honda Service!! I highly recommend Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort Service Department and genuinely appreciate the rare, honest, straight forward and truly exceptional customer service they offer. I could not possibly ask for more (in any way), and cannot believe I no longer have to dread taking my car in for service...but surprisingly, for the first time EVER...can actually look forward to it!! Simply. Amazing.

I have owned Hondas for more than 18 years and have dealt with a number of dealerships in different states. While I have nice things to say about all but one of the dealerships, Honda of Frankfort has stood out among some very strong competition, I never feel pressured to spend money that isnt needed but I always feel that they have my best interests in mind. I bought a Honda in order to have a low maintenance, reliable, and serviceable vehicle and this car has been just that. My Civic isnt glamorous but I drive 900 miles a week and I fully expect this car to carry my high school freshman through college. Honda of Frankfort offers a loyalty program that has actually saved me some real money over time and I appreciate that. Also, all of the service people and the support staff are consistently polite and helpful. When you call, you feel it really might be a great day at Honda of Frankfort.I have never had to wait to get an appointment. The only thing I wished they offered was a free carwash but I know that is gilding the lily.
