It is hard to put into words of the experience I had with AD Farrow yesterday. I have been to their Broad Street showroom several times window shopping. I did purchase a re-entry bike a couple of years ago, a YX600 Yamaha. They encouraged me to stay with the starter bike, get rider training and be patience. I was riding my bike home from work yesterday, taking the back way from Grandview to German Village. I cut over from Broad to Town heading East into the downtown. I wasnt going to fast, but a pick up truck pulled out in front of me. I didnt have much choice but to lay the bike down or it was T-bone time... I narrowly missed the truck and oncoming traffic. I got up and was trying to walk off ( not smart) my injuries. There were alot of people who were watching, but a few minutes later, a guy from AD Farrow pulled up and offered to help. He said that they had heard about the accident on the radio. I was overwelmed by the fact that they would send somebody to help me. I am grateful to be sore and safe today with alot of bumps and bruises. I am also grateful to the first responders and a beautiful lady who was my "Guardian Angel" and had my back until help arrived. I am grateful to my hometown Harley dealer, AD Farrow, for their passion and commitment to all riders, regardless of the brand they ride. It will not be forgotten. With gratitude & respect, Mark L. I was going to avoid bringing my bike here after being unhappy with their overly pushy salesman...I then bought my bike at North Star, figured Id give sales/parts team a chance. Made an appointment two weeks out to have some routine maintenance done to my bike. Then ordered some parts to add on. When it came time, I wanted to drop the bike off a day early to avoid doing it on a week day. Called three times to see if it was ok, left messages, never got a call back. Finally I called later that day, went in to sign the paperwork to have the bike worked on and I could tell the service person wasnt sure if the parts had come in by the way she looked at me when I asked if all the parts came in ok. Long story short, parts guy never ordered the parts. Fast forward to one week later (the day I am supposed to pick it up) no call....so I call. The gentlemen in parts said "they will be in today". Their hours say open until 7...so I waited until 6pm didnt hear anything so I called back. No answer. Aside from the lack of professionalism and enthusiasm in just talking to these people...I am thoroughly unimpressed. NO customer service, pushy sales guys, I will never give my business to these jokers after I pick my bike up. I hope you dont either.

THEY ALL IGNORED ME, IN MY TRYING TO MAKE A PURCHASE FOR THE ONE ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR....... EVEN GOING SO FAR, AS TO RETREAT TO THE BACKROOM, OR THE SALES PERSON, [A WHITE MALE] WOULDNT EVEN LOOK UP AT ME, KEPT PRETENDING HE WAS READING SOMETHING, WHEN HE WASNT....... [HE WAS LOOKING AS A NAPKIN, AS THOUGH HE WAS READING A SHEET OF PAPER!!!!] IF YOURE A BLACK PERSON, WANTING TO MAKE A PURCHASE,FOR A AMERICAN MADE MOTORCYCLE, AND A HARLEY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?...... DONT GO THESE RACIST SUCKERS!!!!!!!; I WOULD STRONGLY URGE YOU TO GO TO ANY OF THE LOCATIONS OF INTEGRITY CYCLE, WHERE THE ONLY COLOR THEY ARE CONCERNED WITH, IS "GREEN", AND I ASSURE YOU, THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT!!!!!!!......

Stopped at A.D. Farrow when we went through Columbus. They were having a buy one get one half off sale so, of course, I bought a few items. It was a couple of days later I noticed they had overcharged me. None of the sale discounts showed up on my receipt. I called and spoke to a very nice young lady who in turned called her manager, Doug Cole, to see how to fix this. (2x) We live 100 miles away so driving back was not really a good option. Apparently, to the manager, this was the ONLY option. They viewed my receipt on their computer to verify their mistake and apologized. I asked for other options ....mail me a gift card for the diff. None were offered. Drive back..within 30 days of purchase... or forfeit my money. It was under 60 bucks. Not worth the gas to go back. Very disappointed. If the mgr had called me back himself to explain perhaps it would have went better.

I know that sometimes the only people that post a review are disgruntled for a variety of reasons. Some real and some imagined. Prior to and still today when I tell people I bought my motorcycle at A.D.Farrows they tell me I should have went somewhere else. However, I must admit that I have been pleasantly surprised to find that not only did A.D. Farrow beat the best deal I could have gotten anywhere else but their Sales Staff and Service Department have been nothing but outstanding since I bought my Ultra Limited 13 months ago. I have yet to walk in the store that I was not greeted like I was family and the service department has bent over backwards to accommodate my needs when servicing or repairing my motorcycle. Not only would I buy my next motorcycle from A.D. Farrow, I would have no problem recommending them to my friends. Keep up the good work.

RUDE - RUDE - RUDE - RUDE -RUDE! Came down from Warren Ohio to visit our Son over the weekend. He got his father a folding bag chair for a present and we came down to exchange it for a bigger one (chair still had all tags on it). The " so called lady salesperson " just looked at us and said NO you cant return it, its been over 30 days...... We called when he got the chair and he was wanting a bigger one person on the phone from AD Farrow said no problem next time you come down just bring it we have it on our computer it will be no problem. Well like I said this so called LADY was RUDE and would not give us a chance to explain.... She just kept stating its been over 30 days! All we wanted to do is exchange it and get the bigger bag chair but didnt get the chance to explain!

This is where I got my first bike 06 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 back in 2008. I probably paid a little bit more than what I should have but to be truthful I couldnt care less I enjoyed my bike I owned it for several years longer than most people would have owned their first bike in fact I didnt get rid of my bike until 2015 when I upgraded to a Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic. Great place to buy a brand new Harley and their service department is super friendly and their parts department is also really friendly. One of only three places I recommend people shopping for a new or used bike.
