We loved Radcliffe Jewelers so much that I wanted to post a follow up review. Earlier this year I posted a review about the amazing experience my (now) fiance and I had going engagement ring shopping. On Dec.18th, he popped the question and presented me with a stunning engagement ring. From there, my fiance divulged the details of his plans and experiences leading up to the big day. We worked with Shelly at Radcliffe, who from the beginning, we both fell in love with. She made you feel like youd known her for years. Absolutely zero pressure and was 100% attentive as I described my dream ring. My fiance then took over communications with Shelly to work through designing the ring, price, etc. Unfortunately it is me, and not him writing the review so I can only relay what he told me..however, I can imagine how wonderful it was to work with her. Shelly and he had an open line of communication, as she made herself available through email, text, and phone. She continued to consult him through the whole process. What I so appreciated was that she always kept my vision in her mind as she advised him. She took thorough notes and with her help, they designed the perfect ring. In addition to that, he had decided that he wanted to propose to me during our trip to Mexico (leaving Dec.15th)...he didnt contact her about doing so until around Thanksgiving. Basically only giving her 3 weeks to have this ring created and in his hands before take-off!!! From my understanding, thats unheard of..I imagine she really had to pull some strings in order to make it happen!! Not to mention, this was during Christmas season so they were already very busy. Needless to say, she came through and we are both so extremely grateful!! My fiancé said "I wish I had [best friend] there through the process, but Thank God I had Shelly!" I could go on and on, but I wont. We will continue to work with Shelly to design our wedding bands and continue with her for any other purchase. I would recommend Radcliffe and Shelly to anyone!!

I continue to be favorably impressed with the high standard of friendly and intelegent service provided by the staff of Radcliffe Jewelers. Equally impressive is the range of luxury products they offer at very competitive prices. I have been shopping at Radcliffe for a few years and consider Radcliffe as my go-to jewelry store, even though I have relocated out of state. It would be hard for me to imagine shopping somewhere else for jewelry. What separates Radcliffe from other jewelry retailers is how the sales staff listens and make very appropriate reconendations. Cat Marechek is the sales consultant that has worked with my wife and me for the past few years. Our typical interaction goes like this, "Cat, our daughter just graduated from college. What do you recommend within (price range)? Or, "Cat, I would like to see your recommendations for a bracelet that will go with the earrings I bought for my wife last year." In every instance, Cat has made great recommendations that have resulted in treasured gifts. I am also happy to report that moving out of state is not a problem as the same high level of service is provided over the phone. As usual, the phone conversation started out with, "Cat what would you recommend for....."

I am so happy I went to Radcliffe to pick out my wedding bands! I worked with Lindy and Jason and they were so helpful ensuring I picked out the right wedding ring. Lindy asked me questions to help understand my vision and suggested rings that went both with my antique engagement ring as well as my personal style. She is just a genuine and warm person and I immediately knew I could trust her for honest feedback; when you are making such an important decision, I was so grateful to have her there helping me make the right choice. She read my emotions, when I was confusing myself, and made sure I was following my gut. Jason is a gemologist and was also so helpful by examining my antique, heriloom engagement ring and shared some interesting details about the ring that I did not even know! He even examined my sister-in-laws ring and told her her ring was even older than we had thought! After my first visit to Radcliffe, I went to Tiffanys and other local jewelry shops and the customer service just did not compare. Lindy & team really put your needs first; other shops felt pushy and too salesy. I could type a novel about how great this experience was and give my absolute highest recommendations to Lindy, Jason & team.

The story starts with having a watch band sized. I had a couple watch bands sized before at other places and they some times charged fairly hefty prices for a few minutes work. At Radcliffe they took care of my wifes watch in minutes and didnt ask for a dime. When I was looking to get an engagement ring I thought this place knows how to take care of their customers and they dont try and nickle and dime you. I decided they would be my first stop and I didnt get past that one. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my wifes engagement ring at Radcliffe. Everyone there was very patient and very helpful in making sure I was completely satisfied in each step in the process of picking out a diamond and setting. Radcliffe custom made the setting and it was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I asked for. Dont be scared of the word custom. Their prices are often better than the prices of the outside companies they sell. We recently went back to get our wedding bands and again had a wonderful experience. This is the place to go for all of your jewelry needs.

I have shopped at Radcliffe for years. I am a big John Hardy fan, and my wife and I wear all Hardy pieces. Radcliffe has a phenomenal selection and collection of Hardy. But Radcliffe is so much more. The service is why I keep returning. The Reisterstown Road location is staffed with knowledgeable and very service oriented staff. I have NEVER had a bad experience, and their service department consistently goes the extra mile to support and ensure complete and total customer satisfaction. My review is unsolicited, but I was just in the store, probably the busiest shopping weekend of the year (weekend before Christmas), and still had service beyond expectations. I needed a ring sized and the staff in the service department were able to accommodate me while I waited, as well as taking a link out of my watch for me. The service staff is 100% excellent. Thanks Radcliffe!

Simply the BEST jewelry storeroom on the east coast. Not just words! I purchased my 2.60ct GIA certified H color VS2 clarity engagement ring and my wedding bands for an AMAZING price. I searched for several month before a dear brother/friend introduced me to John Shmerler -- awesome does not properly describe my incredible experience at Radcliffes. And as if that were not enough, I had a little situation with my wedding band that required immediate help! Jaime, Shelly and Sharon to the rescue!! These ladies are the real deal. Costomer focused!
