I have not actually purchased anything from this shop. That being said, I had a wonderful professional conversation with about a topic I am new to and the owner is very knowledgeable about. He never once tried to push me into a sale or mislead me. He made sure I was a little more educated about the items I was looking for before I left. I did not purchase anything because he advised me to be patient and come back to see him when I had learned a little more and what I really wanted became available. He could have sold me something that I didnt really need but he didnt. so I will be going back to see him soon. Thanks!

My husband and I were actually window shopping. I spotted a beautiful diAmond and white gold wedding band set. Asked how much and put it on layaway. In the mean time I ran into two ladies each one had the same set as mine except smaller, the larger of the two was worth 2,500. And both came from Kays . Mine has to be worth 3,000. I sold some old jewelry and he gave me a fair price. When it came to cash out he offered me a check or to drive with him to bank. I choose the former, but when I went to cash the check at his bank, I was charged a $7.50 fee since his bank account is a business account. Thats not the end of the world, but I found it a little annoying. I wish he had made me aware of that, or wrote in the fee to the check. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
