The good: Staff was relatively personable and theres a decent selection. The ugly: Came in twice to look at a truck I found online. Was wiling to pay the full price listed if everything checked out. Get in there and the salesman tells me I have to pay the list price plus "$900 and change" for "reconditioning". Somehow this $900 and change made the price increase by over $1100. Decided to take it out for a test drive which lasted about 2 minutes from the gas station they had to fill it up at and back to the lot. Only "reconditioning" item I spotted were new pads but I was definitely not going to be paying $1100 for reconditioning when the thing pulled pretty good to the left and had several other simple fixes like a tire that needed to be patched that were totally overlooked. Even oil didnt appear to be a recent change. I came in with cash and the difference already approved through my credit union. Made two offers, better one came out to be a few hundred above the list price online when you strip back the fees ($700 doc fee was significantly higher than other local dealers) and taxes and still got stonewalled with a full ask counter. If they dont want to sell me a truck thats been sitting on their lot for 3 months with an offer above their list price, Ill happily take my money elsewhere.

Personally, I had a truly terrible experience buying a vehicle from this place. It was an amazing white camaro, absolutely Flawless looking, I even took it for one hell of a test drive to make sure it ran right and everything comma had a mechanic look at it while I was on the test drive, and the damn things still turned out to be a lemon. Blew the freeze plugs within 2 months. ...I hardly ever drove that thing (unnecessarily anyway, i mean pretty much just to and from school and work at the time). Thats minimal miles, maximum used car dealer lies for ya, if I didnt know any better (and I truly dont with these people) Id swear they wound back the odometer a few hundred thousand miles... *But thats only opinion, not necessarily fact (all be it my own opinion combined with every individual Ive ever spoken to about buying a car from KB). ...I suppose "be super careful" and/or "just say no"?.. would be my advice to the public at this time...

My experience at KB Auto Emporium was an absolute nightmare. Unprofessional, unethical, deceitful, and very inhospitable. I purchased a 2007 escalade and after 30 days my check engine light came on, Im leaking oil, one of my turn signals wont automatically fold in, and I now have a suspension warning light coming on. Their biggest lie and misrepresentation was that my rear bumper had a hole in it and they assured me that the bumper would be replaced. I called Richard ( the shifty sales manager) and he said that the bumper would not be replaced but patched......the business manger Bobby is very untrustworthy as well....Please beware and avoid this dump....Will be looking for legal representation for advice.....I called the manager to complain and he didnt say one word about the issues I was having.......I really dont understand how their cars past inspection.....AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Horrible place ! KB auto in Glen burnie lied to me about being under new management after being confronted with past experiences of people being screwed over , they ripped me off of over $1000 admitted it and refuse to give me money back . I know my stupidity for giving this place the benefit of a doubt , thinking they would be professional and stories I had heard were just dumb luck . After I started to share my experience with others , I received more back negative feedback about the business or employees especially the business manager a woman named Bobbie she has ben handling my particular situation in a childish manor , KB auto of Glen burnie has ripped numerous people off and is very unprofessional . I would not recommend them to anyone . I could not be more upset with this place . Please people be careful ive heard so many horrible things about them sence my experience

Terrible experience, truck Im stuck with is a lemon, and they laugh all the way to the bank. Lied about just about everything. Took my truck in with engine problems, they lied about what was wrong then when I brought it back they wanted to charge me for repairs. My mechanic has a laundry list of issues and its gonna cost a fortune to fix. They also lied to my brother and tried to pass off a carfax that was to the wrong truck. They had two carfax sheets in the file for the same truck, one vin digit different, same color and near same miles, tried to pass it off as an accident but returned with the proper carfax instantly. Save yourself the hassle dont buy from here

My experience has been the worst I have ever encounter with a used car dealership in Glen Burnie! I bought a SUV and it gave me trouble when I drove of the lot 40 miles later, they lied about the service they provided, lied about fixing the parts making me have to drive back and forth 6 times and still they cant make the it right! Basically they sold me a truck that now I am being told to replace an engine.. Never, and I mean never should you buy a vehicle from them!!!! They reset the device lights so they dont turn on until after the deal is done.

Was skeptical of this place based on past reviews but was told they had a new General Manager so I figured I would give the guy a shot. Was pleasantly surprised this guy is true car guy and doesnt try and BS you. Ended up not buying just yet because the vehicle wasnt color but he promised to get me what I wanted at the price I want to pay. Pleasure speaking with this guy as he is top notch. I say stop by and deal with them over off Rt 3 they are good people. Randy and Big Dennis thanks for all info see you guys soon.

These place should be close by now. What they do is they pay for the inspections to pass and thats how they get away with selling there cars like that. Just got a truck there and in less then a month the check engine light came on and they dont want to fix a thing. IF YOU READ THIS BEFORE YOU BY A CAR FROM KB AOUTO BELIEVE ALL THESE COMENTS ABOUT THEM DONTB BY A CAR FROM KB. IF I HAD THE MONEY I WOULD GET A LAWYER AND CLOSE THIS DUMP. BUT GOD WILL AND I KNOW IT..

Very displeased by the stuff that went on here. One was told we could get a deal and around the price we wanted.. Didnt happen. Then waited around for them to call us and give us a price on the vehicle never called. I had to call them multiple times. Checked credit without permission; told them to get a price then run the credit. Very unhappy with our experience. We were really looking forward to buying a truck there

I have never been to a more unprofessional "dealership." This is quite honestly your typical SLEAZY used car lot. Purchased a relatively new vehicle that needed $1400 in work within the first two weeks. They will make up anything to sell a car- make sure you really look over the carfax report because whatever they have previously told you will directly contradict the carfax report findings.
