Its Saturday and the website says they close at noon. I live in South County and AM driving to Cardinal my GPS says I will get there at 11:58. I called to let them know I was coming and well get there right before they close but no one answered I got a recording. I sure would hate to think that I drove to get what I need and they are close before noon. I will let you know what happens. Well I got there at 1155 am and the place was a ghost town. I read the reviews on the way there. I thought to myself these reviews are not good. then I thought I will write a great review if theyre open. so this is my review and this is what I think of Cardinal building supply in Bridgeton Missouri. they suck! do not go to Cardinal building supply in Bridgeton Missouri . I am a contractor and I know a lot of other contractors and trust me I will tell them all do not go to Cardinal building supply in Bridgeton Missouri. There are plenty of other places to get materials from and I will definitely be going to those other places so you can take your chances with Cardinal or you can go to another supplier that actually treats our customers and potential customers in a professional manner. Another thing if you want to edit your review you cant edit the stars youve already pushed I give them 0 stars. And if they had a negative star they get that

I cant believe they solicit there customers to pay cash and offer a 2% discount to do so but when you come back with materials to return they tell you we dont pay out anything over $70.00 ***Hello*** You owe me $116.00 -and cant pay it?!?!?! 1 sq of shingles cost $74. siding $110. and now I have to wait 4 weeks for a refund??? I call after a week to ask why and Todd says we dont keep enough cash on hand to pay refunds over $70. AGAIN HELLO you solicit cash payments where did the cash go? Then after I complain Todd says I need to take my business elsewhere... LOL NO KIDDING! The intelligence and business practice here amazes me!

This place is horrible. The date is 9-4-16. Im at there front door as we speak and it says right in the window that the store opens at 8 and closes at 12 on Saturdays. Well its 8:22 am and there is know one here. There are three cars here in the lot, but all the lights on the inside are out so I dont know if there in there sleeping or what. This is the third time Ive used them because they are open on Saturday, but if anyone wants a real supply store go to ABC supply where there about business. Oh an I didnt wanna give them one star it wont go off the screen.

They do not sell except to a contractor and nothing is on there web page agout it till you try to purchase siding to re side your house ? No trouble went to Lowes bought what I needed and I bet a lot cheaper since there parking lot was empty when I went inside to see about siding for a 4 bedroom house. My gain there loss . Save time and money go to Lowes .

Actually worked for them.. Disorganized...for sure. No training. No real help. Sure they will be bought out soon. If not...they should be. For a distributor....Worst Ive ever seen

Very impressed with Todd. My order was small but he treated me like it was huge. He even followed up a few days later to make sure everything worked out. Todd makes the difference.

Drove 45 minutes because their ad said they were open. Guess what, they are NOT open Saturdays!
