I could not be happier with Brilliant Earth! We had originally picked out my engagement ring setting and diamond in their SF showroom. It was perfect, and we loved that they didnt use high-pressure sales like other jewelry stores we visited. It was a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere, and the salespeople were very straightforward. They just opened a new showroom in San Diego, which is really beautiful, and everyone we have worked with has been really nice! I bought a diamond anniversary band. I needed it pretty quickly, and they were so friendly and helpful in checking the status of it and making sure I would have it on time. Their customer service just went above and beyond, and my rings are so beautiful and unique. I get so many compliments on them and I am so thrilled and thankful to Brilliant Earth! I also love supporting ethically sourced jewelry!

Awesome location with great views. Great staff and no pressure. If you have no idea make an appointment and theyll guide you in the right direction. You can start with research on their website and then ask to see certain items in store. Make sure to make an appointment to see Reye Umali. She has helped me with multiple purchases and Ive had nothing but the best service with her.

I stopped into the Brilliant Earth location several weeks ago to check out some earrings. The staff was warm and and very informative about their product. All of their pieces are exquisite and timeless. Absolutely stunning. And to top it off that all of their raw materials are ethically sourced is an added bonus.
