This review is not for JD this review is for cnac customer service representative dont know the name of the lady who is over my account but I called to discuss my payroll arrangements because I have moved on to sales which means that my pay is different being in sales I have to be able to survive 30 Days to get my earnings from sales ( got paper work from my HR manager stating that pay is different) The lady who is over my account is very rude /unprofessional and Demanding basically telling me she was taking my vehicle and payment is not due.Her words to me were to go out and borrow money from others thats VERY RUDE to say too a good paying customer I dont know of a company that would put up with RUDE/UNPROFESSIONAL people I hope actions will be taken Im very unhappy.

I went to have my vehicle serviced due to it cutting off while I was driving and you guys did absolutely nothing to see what is wrong with my car. You told me its nothing electrical and that I could pick up my vehicle. I come to pick up my vehicle from the location in 16th and Shadeland and my car is still doing the same thing it was doing when I dropped it off. Which shows me that you didnt test drive my vehicle to see whats wrong with it or anything. I payed for a device that didnt get done and I am LIVID..!!!!! Do not get a vehicle from this location. They do not look it for you. They do not make sure your vehicle is drivable or make the repairs to the vehicle he way theyre supposed to. This is the worst service Ive ever had.

I will nevvvver get another car from jd byrider. It took 5 months to get my catalystic converters replaced. The service workers lie and I had to get the financing company involved. Again, I will neverrr get another car from JD Byrider . They are set up to mess up peoples credit by overcharging for vehicles then when they break down your left with a car payment and huge shop debt. You have to fight tooth and nail to get the financing company to get things done because their main focus is getting your payment. I cannot wait until my contract is up so I will never have to deal with them again !

Mark and the staff was very helpful with getting me set up with a nice reliable vehicle. Getting through the process was not long at all. I really needed a dependable vehicle to get back and forth to work. I was getting dropped off and picked up from work and no one really didnt want to do it. I had to deal with bad attitudes and sometimes getting to work late. GUESS WHAT, NOT ANY MORE. I can come and go as I like and not have to wait on anyone. A HUGH THANKS TO THE JD BYRIDER TEAM FOR RELIEVING MUCH STRESS AND PUTTING ME IN A VEHICLE I CAN CALL MY OWN. YOU GUYS ROCK!

After wasting time with the big dealerships. We stopped at J. D. Byrider and immediately wished we would have stopped there first. Khalil was the nicest salesperson I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Down to earth and truly concerned with our needs. I will be referring all my friends and family to him in the future. Derand Scott in the finance department was also very nice and great to work with. Best people I have ever dealt with so far. Some of the people I know still cant believe that I got a car with my credit score, situation and the little money down ( I struggled for that long, and about to give up after getting turned down from so many dealerships, this is my experience ). Khalil and Derond has really been very very helpful, everyone I spoke with worked as a team to get me what I needed. The in-store staff were amazing. Gregory Polk did everything he could to get me exactly where I wanted to be. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because the outside finance office were giving me a really hard time and using false information that I did not at all give them to decide whether or not to finance me. However, after several hours of trying to reiterate the correct information, the in-store staff did a great job of getting me into the exact car that I wanted.

It was really great. The customer service ood everyone and the sales associate Rod Goodwine i dealt with was amazing. They really help to get you into a car, most of all i want rushed or pressured to get anything. He showed great patience in helping me find the car i really wanted within my means. No matter how many times we ran into dead ends he kept working until we made it happen. Great place for everyone, all tired off credit and income.

I feel Mark truly understood my need and did alot to have them met. The prices were also great. They were very helpful and kind. However the sales man was to fill my gas tank up and he went to use his company credit card it kept getting declined which made me feel uncomfortable and i left with an almost empty tank in which after putting money down on a vehicle, i had to fill the tank up myself. Also i was promised $250 for showing up to my appt towards the purchase of the vehicle and they didnt give it to me.

They showed genuine care and concern for my interests and helped me to leave the dealership with a great vehicle the same day as my first appointment. This is my first time ever getting a car. I made an appointment and as soon as I walked in I was helped by Khalil. He understood I was young but new what I wanted. Made me feel extremely comfortable with getting my very first car while also building my credit. I had an amazing experience. I would recommend them, especially to see Khalil. He knew what I wanted and I left the lot in a 2009 Cube. :)
