Pharmacy attitude problems and overall low store quality. This is the closest Kroger to our house, so naturally when we moved here 5 years ago, this was our go to store for everything. At first, the pharmacy staff was top notch. Extremely helpful, curious, and friendly. Over the last year, the pharmacy staff has conforming changed to new people. They have gotten progressively worse until finally today, they were extremely disrespectful to my wife. We have literally been on a first name basis with the older staff, and now the new pharmacy staff (except for Pedro and the other young gentlemen) treat us with utter disdain. One of the pharmacy techs, Angela is the absolute worst and acts as if we are a total inconvenience to her and serves with a scowl on her face. Well, we have had enough and have moved all our prescriptions to another pharmacy. I will also be speaking with corporate. As far as the store, if you compare it to the one on spout springs, it is night and day. This is like the white trash Kroger while the spout springs location is more like whole foods. I dont understand the disparity between the two. Good thing there is a Publix close by. Hopefully corporate will get the message and course correct the pharmacy staff as well as get the store up to par with other locations.

I use this location for their Pharmacy and my grocery shopping the regular staff is always professional polite and remembers Who I Am by name the backup staff witch is very rare to see could use some training but overall I would recommend this location for your grocery shopping needs and for your Pharmacy needs. As a disabled person using the drive thru is very important and they treat you with the same respect as if you had walked in the store thank you Kroger for 10 years of great service at this location

The associates are VERY friendly, willing to help you in any way they can, their prices beat Wal-Mart (even with my husbands employee discount there!), they have a wonderful selection and they make you feel welcome. They stop to talk toy ou, they brought our kids baloons and treats while we shopped, they even had a Halloween Trick-Or-Treat street tcelebration and my kids had more fun there than they did on Halloween day trick-or-treating! = ) We love it and will continue to go here and reccomend them!

I always go to this Kroger and today was by far the worse customer service I have ever had. Also when I called to speak to a manager the manager was very rude. All he said was hell check on it and hung up on me. Didnt even bother to apologize. Ill definitely be calling the corporate number to report this. Going to publix where I have to pay more but at least the customer service is wonderful and they seem to care about their customers. At least my money will be well spent there.

I have found mold on several items in this store. Today, I found a large amount of mold on some green peanuts and the associate working in the produce section of the store didnt seem to care when I pointed it out to them. He just kind of laughed it off. The other time I found mold was in pre-packaged/ pre-cut vegetables. This store is disgusting and I highly recommend you shop at the Publix just up the street.

This store has products scattered all over. Almond milk is in three locations, which means I have to run all over the store checking for it. Bacon and sausage are in two places, the cereal aisle is about a quarter of an aisle, not a very wide selection. Store layout might not be a local responsibility, but so.eone should push hard for a change.

I love this store so much. They have an amazing selection, great prices and friendly associates. Tonight I knowingly imposed upon the meat counter to cut me a steak as they were about to close. I felt terrible but they were totally gracious. I work a lot and its hard to make it to the store when theyre there. Thanks guys!

this is my home store. They are my pharmacy, my gas station and I buy my groceries there. I have discovered that some of the Kroger brand items are actually better than the name brands and are cheaper. For instance their light chunk tuna is way cheaper than Starkist and Chicken of the Sea and is much better quality.

This is one of the primary stores at which my family does our grocery shopping. We like the way they organize many of their organic items into one area. I especially like their selection of kombucha, they have some of the best prices in our area.

Love this Kroger. Mostly every thing is fresh. Only had a couple experiences where I was my able to get a certain fruit or veggie. Well stocked. Nice employees. Good prices. This is MY Kroger. I dont shop anywhere else for food.

Broken Mangle

After paying $30 for my sons birthday cake we was disappointed to find the cake was very dry and way to much icing on the cake. The layers of the cake had no icing in the middle to hold the cake together.

Three fresh sushi is awesome. Its made directly in front of you, and the chef is willing to explain or answer any questions. Most of the staff are helpful, except the management, oddly enough.

I dont really ever have a bad experience here, except when it comes to bagging. Thing are bagged weirdly, and I always get way too many bags than needed. Other than that, its fine.

I wish the baskets were a brighter color, they are easy over look since they are hidden right upagainst the Starbuck dark wall, that happen to be the same color.

This place is always clean, excellent low prices, a Starbucks inside, a sushi bar, Boars Head deli meat, and a wonderful selection of organic food and produce!
