Well the mall itself it absolutely amazing , but I am disappointed with the services at Victoria nails and spa , their place is presentable but their services are poor. My nails was awfully done it wasnt detailed after 6:30 everyone is rushing to go home so they spend less time to please the customer and thats only going to make the business lose customers because even a local nail shop has done a better job. For a place like that my nails should have been flawless , but instead it looked like it was painted with a paint brush and it wasnt shaped properly am extremely disgusted and disappointed and I wont step foot back in that place it was my first time and it will be my last as soon as I find their website I will write a review because they need to know that their service is poor and I spent 50 for mani and pedi and I regret it. VICTORIA NAIL & SPA entire service sucked the worker spent more time flirting with my boyfriend and didnt finished his feet properly. These people need to step up their games.

Ive lived in this neighborhood for 30 years when Bay Plaza didnt exist. I like that fact that I can walk here since they charge for parking. I was told they do not validate for free parking as other shopping malls do. After a few months of opening I decided to check it out. I was a little afraid to go since I was told someone came once it opened and a bunch of teenagers were spitting on people from the higher floors. They have all the usual mall stores but I was extremely disappointed when I had to use the bathroom and discovered that they only have two and they were separate. So one has to stand in line to use them. Once inside they were filthy. I suggest going into JC Penny if you must go. The last floor has plenty of stalls. I walked out with one item because as a medium size person its very hard for me to find clothes. I wish Kohls would come here since JC Penny no longer sells Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. If youre a small or large woman with good bladder control this place is for you.

Amazing New Mall in Bay Plaza, filled with Fashion & Style options boasting great shopping destinations such as H&M, Macys, JCPenney, Spencers, Aeropastele, American Eagle, Victorias Secret. Known as the BIGGEST INDOOR MALL in New York City within New York City in over 40 years, The Mall at Bay Plaza has a lot to offer including food and great deals to come week after week. I spent a few hours within the building and felt freedom to relax and everything I needed to get that was only in the city to shop for, is now such a shorter distance to me. Three floors of style and elegance, with many entrances and exits. The only objection I have is the traffic leaving the Mall since its Grand Opening drew a large crowd and more to come as it will be set for the new cool place to hangout for teens and shopping enthusiasts. Be sure to check out the stores with 3 floors for great sales, JCPenney, H&M and Macys. You cant really go wrong with those options. Life Life Unscripted...

What a great job theyve done with the Mall at Bay Plaza! For two years, Ive been able to find most of what Ive needed there. The mall is always clean and the selection of stores are great. Great customer service from stores and restaurants alike. Ive been able to cut back on online shopping during the Christmas holiday and have gotten most of my gifts and personal needs from the mall without having to worry about paying shipping costs. I choose to visit during the weekdays and Ive never experienced over crowding or problems with parking. The food court offers variety and plenty of places to sit. The mall is located near Barnes & Noble and Kmart in the middle of a working class community that Ive been visiting for the past 8 years. My extended family were raised in Coop city and there is a great pride in growing up and living there presently. The mall a great addition to the neighborhood and it is thriving! More stores and restaurants to come, so Ive heard.

Visit to Outback - Horrible ........My first and possibly my last visit was very disappointing. My family and I waited over an hour for just burgers with cold, and very salty fries. We ordered burgers with cheese and waiter took them back only to have us wait again. Waited as much time for glasses or water too. Two beers that were orders were almost room temp, not even cold. The Shakes were so small and not worth the time we waited for them either. I asked to speak to manager twice and he arrived as I was getting ready to pay the very large bill. I was very disappointed with his excuse as well. "we are just getting it together" as per manager. After all the money spend on commercial advertising you would thing they would live up it their reputation. Angry that I spend over 100.00 there. I wont go back. And sorry for going there. What a disappointment.

Its the bomb. Good place to shop and hang out. They have new York & company, H & M, JCPenneys, Macys, phone stores, jewelry stores, sneaker stores, maternity store, etc. The food court has a wide variety. They have several paid parking lots thats surrounded by several free parking lots. Idk whose idea was that (to put a paid parking lot dead smack in the middle of free parking) but most folk park outside of the paid parking lot. Parking in the mall is packed however parking in the paid lot adjacent to the entrance of the mall is always free, as expected. Bad business idea. They took a portion of originally free mall parking, isolated it, built 2 stories above it then charged $3 a vehicle to park there. Meanwhile, the rest of the mall remained free. Go figure!

born and raised in the bronx, I have always felt bay plaza should have more stores. most top stores like macys are only in the city (besides that terrible one in parkchester). If I wanted to go to the mall for stores like aeropostale, bath and body works, and victoria secret...i had to go all the way to white plains to the galleria mall. Im so glad I can literally drive 10mins to get to the stores I need to. My ONLY complaint is the area itself when it comes to traffic...this mall drew a VERY large crowd, so it is now even more difficult than ever before to get out of the shopping area due to the traffic lights (although that is not the mall itself in charge of that). otherwise, Im just really pleased with what they have created after all these years.
