My name is Deborah Biscella. I have been getting my diabetic supplies from us med for several years. The last two times I have needed these I have had problems. In Jan I had to call 2 to 3 times before receiving them. Over a month ago I had a recorded call asking if I was ready for supplies and I answered yes. Never received them. Last week I again called and was assured they were being shipped. Still no supplies!! Yesterday, April 24, I once again called and was told the supplies were being overnighter and I would have them this morning. It is now after 3pm and SURPRISE NO SUPPLIES. I called and spoke with a gentleman that said he would speak with his supervisor and have them sent overnight. Not feeling reassured I then spoke with a supervisor, or so she said, and was advised the supplies would be overnighter once again. What is the problem with this company? Anyone getting supplies, or not, should register complaints with them. I figure Noone in management will read this but I urge any customer having this problem to bombard them with complaints. I am also posting this to facebook and any other site I can.

La atencion es demasiado pesima. La manager no te resuelve a nada. Y como una tienda no va aceptar devoluciones de un producto defectuoso?. Compre unas medias de compresion medicadas y el mismo dia que me las puse se ropieron. Todo lo que venden es de mala calidad.y repito la atencion es pesima y eso no se ve en una farmacia de miami

Es HORRIBLEEEE la atencion de todas esas mujeres. He llamado en varias oportunidades para asegurarme de que tengan disponible la medicin para un familiar y todas esas cubanas mal humoradas, contestonas y mal habladas. No tienen ni la menor idea de como tratar al publico.

Muy buena atencion, el piso muy limpio y una senora llamada rosa me atendio muy bien y muy educada ella. La manager me atendio acerca de una pregunta y fue muy rapida al encontrarme la solucion. Fue una gran visita! estrellitas para todas.

Expensive, unreliable and disorganized. I bought a recipe to send to Venezuela. They have not delivered after 2 weeks, They do not coordinate with their other pharmacy in Venezuela or care at all. I have being calling at Miami and Venezuela everyday.They do not call you back to provide status of your purchase and They do not have a basic webpage to check status.

I called to let them know I just got out of a surgery. They closed at 6pm today. I was Omw, I got there at 5:54pm they had already closed the door and would not respond to my knocking. Terribly upsetting knowing that I called. This is a place that does not care at all.
