Dont go to this store, and if you do stay away from Mary the store manager. Their employees tell you to lie to the warranty people about the damage to your furniture. The warranty they sell you is completely useless. When you tell Mary that her employee told you to lie she calls you "the customer" a liar. I tried to discuss this with her and she hung up in me 4 times. When I kept calling back she told me she would go to the police to file Harassment charges( even though she kept hanging up on me.) She than lied about what she could and couldnt tell me. Beware and stay away

Had a great experience, we love our bed!! The staff and manager were wonderful to deal with, had an issue with needing to get rid of an old matt and box and they take it on delivery. The delivery was right on time and the delivery guys were awesome. We will be back to buy our family room furniture.

I bought a diamond deserie mattress and seems very hard compared to in the store and i can feel every stitch in the mattress. On top of that the delivery guy exact quote was : if you feel we did a good job you are allowed to tip us : wasnt happy with them asking for a tip !

We had a great experience working with Eric. When our mattress was delivered with a factory defect, Eric acted quickly to make things right. He even checked in with us throughout the reorder process to make sure we felt taken care of. We are very pleased with our new mattress.

The store is a little bit "off the beaten path" but I really do like the furniture. Stock can vary and I had to pick one item up at a different location but the store is clean and setup well.
