Awesome store. You will be able to buy furniture much cheaper here than anywhere else, period. I have purchased so much from them, and brought several friends there to buy stuff as well. You wont regret your purchase. Now for the bad. Do anything within your power to not use their delivery service. I did one time, and knew Id never do it again. It took literally weeks to hear back on if my delivery date was confirmed. When I called, I was told they do get busy and cant always contact everyone right away. It wasnt until the day before my requested delivery that they called and said they were coming.

Multiple stores. Inventory is changing all the time. Best shopped when furniture is not needed right away and check their inventory periodically. We have bought our last 4 pieces from them and it took multiple visits within a few months till our diamonds in the rough appeared on the show floor at a great price. Word to the wise: the furniture is sent to them from larger chains, manufactures, etc due to defects, discontinued, unacceptable repairs etc. Make sure to fully inspect and test before buying. However, they also have new furniture mixed in the inventory and are able to order other furniture.

Paid for a dining table and was never told I had to wait til they brought it from somewhere else. Then called them they said It would be in friday and they would call to let me know, they never called. I called them again and again was told It would be in next friday and they would call and today is tuesday and still dont get a call. If I could ge my money back I would rather take that option. Never buying anything from these guys so disappointed!! Neither recomend this place to anyone!

This is the first time we ordered furniture the first sales person was horrible but a few nice sales people fixed the issue the next day and so did the wonderful managers when we went and spoke to them about it they fixed our problems right away get service by them to the delivery guys were nice also I would highly recommend them but name sure you talk to Arlene there and the mangers they will take good care of you thank you I will definitely be going back there

Ive shopped here a few times and its either a hit or a miss with their items. Ive purchased things that fell apart right away and Ive purchased things that held up very well. One thing though, always inspect the items before purchasing them! My family and I looked at a discounted couch and there were holes and defects in it, yet no sales associates (or the items sale tag) mentioned anything about it being broken.

Josh at royal star is amazing. Josh helped us order several items for our living and dining rooms. Friendly, fast and efficient experience. Also great pricing. Will go back in a few months to set up additional rooms. Josh even out of his way to text us when our order was in, so we could pick up an item needed for a dinner party.

Lots of choices too many to try it all. Some dishes that werent as popular sat out too long and things got dry and tough. Good flavors though, very clean. Sushi disappointing.
