After wearing my vintage engagement ring for a year, I took it there to be resized. One week later it bent, because obviously they messed it up when they sized it. So I took it back in to get fixed and the woman started HITTING IT WITH A STAPLER to get the bend out, instead of sending it to professionals to fix it properly, like we were told they would do. Then she handed it back and said it was fixed (it was still bent). This place is terrible, never ever go there.

Took a $35 cab ride to catch this place before they close at 9, and guess what happened when I got there at 8:15?? Ready? NOTHING, because the store was already CLOSED!!! Awesome! Couldnt be more happy

Customer service was "OK". The employees werent appropriately welcoming and hospitable. When I did get to the right help, the experience was pleasant.

The Internet shows the wrong closing time! Which is horrendously misleading, and discouraging when you think theres enough time you run into a gate!
