I called in before i came and stated how much i had for a down payment. i was told over the phone the options i had and had about 5 cars to choose from. i specifically told the representative which one i wanted. When i came in that specific representative was tied up and there was a line going out the door. i was the first person in there so that would have made me the first that should have been seen. After about twenty minutes of standing in line this lady came in and walked straight up to the sales person i was supposed to see and told him she wanted the same car i was waiting in line for for twenty minutes. Of course naturally i was upset. For one, i was waiting in line for someone to at least acknowledge the customers in line, for two it was supposed to be first come first serve but they helped the lady that came barging in first. So, i didnt make a big deal out of it. I just decided i was going to pick a different car. But, when i went out there, the car lot looked like a junk yard. There were two different lots. One behind the building and one across the street. I looked at the other cars i could choose from. The truck still had decal stickers on the back window with someones name spelled out, it was dirty on the inside and out, and there was no radio. The bmw truck had no radio or battery, and there was a pontiac g6. the inside was trashed! this just let me know these cars were not inspected. i now thank God that girl barged in and got that car.i could only imagine what was wrong with it. Customer service-bad, car quality-bad. I walked out and never looked back!

I bought a 2007 Ford F-150 Truck from Charlotte Auto Sales. This is literally one of the best used vehicles Ive ever purchased. Charlotte Auto Sales is one of the only lots on Charlotte that sell clean titled vehicles and are the only ones who work with their customers to see them through the purchase and pay-off of their vehicles. When I had a minor issue 2 months later they even helped me get it fixed! Buy all your vehicles from these guys. Ask for CarFax!!
