Wonderful experience at Auto Depot Madison. From the moment I entered the dealership all the staff was friendly and informative. There were no high pressure sales tactics of any kind. I explained what I needed in a truck for my business, they had the vehicle at a fair market price and the terms were acceptable. My entire time at the dealership making the purchase was 1.5 hours and I left in my new truck. Renee, my sales associate did a terrific job. Charlie, the sales manager took the time to discuss my needs and finally Peter, the owner took the time to come to me and introduce himself and make sure my experience was professional and that my needs were met. Auto Depot now has a lifetime customer in me.

AMAZING!!!! Highly recommend Auto Depot!!! Brad was great got my daughter in the van she wanted and I cant wait to get the Van Im wanting so my daughter can have hers. Ive been driving it till I can get the Toyota Sienna Im wanting. Hopefully I will be buying my Van soon and definitely will be getting it from Auto Depot wouldnt go anywhere else!! There amazing, very helpful and totally understanding when I was late due to my mothers illnesses. I gave them a phone call to let them know I would be running late with my payment and they were very understanding and didnt charge me a late fee. Now what better people can you ask for?? Thats what I call amazing people to buy from!! THANKS AUTO DEPOT

When I first came to Auto Depot in Madsion I had a very bad experience buying my car.....the salesman was very rude & was not clear that the titles are rebuilt....I found out about the titles AFTER we paid down payment & getting my insurance!! I wasnt a happy camper! Then one of the tires had wires coming out and they didnt do anything but paid half only but hey that at least they couldve done......still not happy customer!! Also I had conflict with another rude employee & the manager told me to come & deal with it!!! They are NOT professional at all the worse car dealership Ive ever experienced!!!

Please people dont buy, from these people they are scam..They sell cars to people with no permission to drive!! They love people with.no legal status!! They lie to them, as long they get, a sell..They dont care what would happen, to them, or to other people..Who cant be in accident, an be kill by who even they sell a car!! Brad up at Auto Depot of Madison is awesome! He managed to do for me and my wife what no other dealership could. We spent months looking for a vehicle just to be shot down by everyone and have hours upon hours of our time wasted. We walked into their lot met Brad and left with a 2011 Ford Focus. Its an amazing car, an even better price, and the best staff Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with!! The entire experience was excellent and Im so grateful to these gentlemen! This is really an awesome place. Me and my wife went here Saturday morning and test drove 4 different cars and ended up getting a 2013 altima. We love it. Didnt think when we left the house this morning we would be able to afford such a great car as easy as we did.thanks to her sister cynthia ward for referring us there. I think this is the best place to buy a car from. The cars are dependable and I had my car since February no problems at all. They also work with you if you dont have all of the money for a down payment and car payments. This is the first-time I purchase a car with all the staff members are super nice and respectful. I would definitely do business here again.

After leaving a few other dealerships disappointed, I saw Auto Depot while riding down the street. I stopped in and immediately was greeted and welcomed by Reniel. He is awesome!!! He showed me around and explained every option I had in great detail so I was not left with any surprises. I drove away in a beautiful 2014 Chevy Cruze and couldnt be any happier!!

My experience was unbelievable. My Salesman Reniel was Amazing. Within no time I was drinking off the lot in my new car. He was very patient with me and also polite.
