I recently bought a used Grand Prix, I had the car less than 2 weeks when it started overheating. I took it to a good shop, who said Parks should have seen the mess in the coolant container - filled with that sealer stuff - he described it as looking like the bottom of a creekbed, and said I should see if they would make it right. So I did, they took a look at it and disagreed with everything the first mechanic said and told me they fixed the problem. 3 days later it overheated again, only this time when I took it back they waited over a week to tell me the heads were messed up the radiator needed replacing and over 1700 dollars in repairs but they would give me a deal and do it for 500 - OK so I agreed ( angry they didnt fix it right the first time) but ok. 2 weeks later I get the car back and the next day it overheats, I take it back again they keep it a week I keep calling and after telling me the wrong diagnosis over and over on different cars, they tell me they dont know and will have to call me back - they never do. I call again - and get told oh ya it is back and fixed then tried to show me the work order and repairs from the time before and try charging me for the previous repairs. I had to get the receipt and show them the date and prove I had already paid for that job. At the end of countless talking to "managers" and such - no one can tell me what they have been doing with my car this week. So much double talk. I would no longer recommend them to anyone. Update on my lemon saga. Parks saw this post and jumped in, they replaced the motor - however they have had my car for about 6 weeks total and today the engine light is still on and it died today on the interstate. At this time I still would not recommend their service department. They have not given me any paperwork to back up the work and the most recent trip they said the radiator cap was loose after keeping it for 3 weeks- this is after the wiring was wrong and shorted out the battery, it uses water like crazy and as I mentioned it keeps leaving me on the side of the road. Its a lemon - they have tried but I still have a car that I can not use. Update - when the car could not be fixed Parks traded it for a dependable car.

My 2016 Traverse was hit in the parking lot at work. I am new to the area, I had no idea where to bring it to be repaired. I asked a friend I knew I could trust, Wes, from the service department at Parks. He immediately told me that the body shop at Parks Motor does excellent work. Since my vehicle is brand new, I wanted the repairs done well. Wes gave me the number to reach Glyn in the body shop. I called Glyn immediately after receiving the estimate from my insurance company, he told me to bring the Traverse in after work that day. I told him I work in Nashville, he waited after hours for me to stop in with the estimate and to look over the damages. The following week Glyn had my vehicle in the shop on Monday and had arranged for the rental car company to pick me up. Glyn kept me informed all week and on Friday I picked up my vehicle. Again, Glyn waited after hours for me to get there. The repairs were excellent. You would never be able to tell that there was ever any damage. Thank you to Wes who has pride in the company he works for and their excellent service. Thank you to Glyn who stayed after hours to assist me and who was always friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you to the guys in the body shop who did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. Parks has a new customer in me, I am very impressed with their service, dedication, and pride in what they do.

Dear Park Motors Owner(s): I would like to take a moment to express appreciation to the management and staff of Park Motors. Our family has purchased several vehicles from Parks and each transaction has been met with professionalism and courteousness. Our most recent transaction involved a trade-in on a problematic vehicle. Mr. Rogers took extra time to fully understand our situation and concerns and then worked through several complications to help us get the deal done. This created a win-win scenario, and I appreciate that. Most people and businesses get easily overwhelmed with complications and just give up. Parks worked diligently to break down the complications one by one and to address and then resolve them to a successful conclusion. Park Motors has a lot to be proud of and I would like to say Thank You for a job well done. Sincerely, Greg Taylor and Family

I enjoyed my purchase experience so much I am quite frankly sad it is over. Got a great deal on a pickup and buying a vehicle here was nothing short of a pleasure. I dealt with Clay who is a great guy and sealed the deal with his Dad, Steve due to Clay having to go out of town for a few days.I cant speak highly enough of both of them. There was no pressure and both encouraged me to take my time deciding what was best for me. Even though both were aware I was pre approved to buy anything on the lot they both guided me to the vehicle I needed which was much less expensive than the the other ones I was considering. Where else are you going to find that kind of treatment and commitment to customer service? I couldnt be happier and look forward to doing business here for many years to come.

I have been a Parks Motor Sales customer for years. They are easily the best dealership I have ever dealt with. In fact, I live over an hour away, and I still wouldnt consider going to another dealership. The sales staff is helpful and very low-pressure and the service department always takes very good care of my vehicles. Buying a car is a stressful situation, but I always feel comfortable dealing with Parks Motor Sales. I have purchased several cars with them and have never had a problem with any of them. If you are in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and give them a visit.

By far Parks is the best dealer Ive ever dealt with. I have had quite a bit of issues with my 2011 Terrain, no fault of Parks, just multiple recalls and other issues. I had moved out of state to Michigan for 1.5 years and tried several dealers to compare to Parks and I didnt find one that could come close to comparing. Parks always goes above and beyond. I actaully was thinking of buying a Chrystler product because of the issues with my Terrain however I have came to a conclusion that I will buy another GM product just so that I can deal with Parks!

Easily the straightest shooting GMC dealer in the Nashville area. Fair on both a new vehicle quote and the trade-in. I was able to get a quote on a vehicle before going to the dealership, which a lot of dealers just wont do, especially on popular vehicles. Because they are a little further out than other dealerships, they strive to distinguish themselves with better up front quotes and service after the sale. Ask for Clay and you wont be disappointed.
