I had the worst experience at the deli department with someone name Martha, this rude person has some serious attitude issues, i ordered ham thin slices she acted like she couldnt hear me, she grabbed the wrong ham i told her thats not what i want, then she got an old piece of ham and i asked her of i can get a new piece she said no she said it wasnt old, after that she sliced the ham thick i said no i want thin slices then she gave me shaved ham i told her no i want thin slices, she started shakinh her head like it was my fault she wasnt doing her jobat the end i got 2 different type of hams . And I told her once she made the right slice "thats a slice she wouldnt even acknowledge me. She was extremely rude I had to speak to manager something Ive never done this is my first time doing that. If she has issues then dont show up to work l, if she doesnt like dealing with customers then she should quit and get a different job. She needs to be corrected. Her attitude is unacceptable.

m really satisfied with the outcome of our cake that we ordered. It was for my daughters bday and well, we wanted something small and local since we would be heading out to a party later that evening. The store itself is small compared to other Vons Ive been too. The Parking is in and out. Since the store is small, well, you will have to deal with crowded check out lines but, it is a supermarket so be prepared to spend some time within the store. Overall, I felt that the employees were all great and I thank them for helping me out.

Love $5 Fridays and their app. I love seeing my total cost drop! I havent come here as often lately because over the past few months, it seems that their lines have gotten extremely long and their cashiers are very slow. Theyre very nice and they try to get to know you but, Id like to see self-check out or speedier cashiers.

The staff are rude n untrained some old pervert man followed my mother n told her to get off the scooter so he could use it but he clearly didnt need it was walking perfectly fine n my mother needed the scooter way more than him smh...... What a wonderful day at the market

Excellent bakery, fantastic produce, and great selection. My less than stellar experiences here have been customer service related. If youre a regular, theyre more than happy to be of service, otherwise, even a greeting or salutation will be hard to come by.

Worst experience ever today. My sister went to Vons and asked for $100 cash back and didnt realize they gave her a fake bill until she tried to use it. The store did not do anything for her, do not go there!!

Store was busy only 2 registers open and 1 bagger. As usual express lane was at a standstill. At prices charged you can afford to schedule more help. I ll try super a next time.
