I shop here a lot for my critters and the service is usually good. But today nobody seemed to want to help me. I stood back by the cricket/fish section waiting for 20 minutes. There was two people standing doing an interview right beside me. The one could have stepped aside for a minute to help me since she was just watching. I also went up front to ask and there was a line of about 5 people waiting service but the lady was in the back and not helping anyone. Im not saying I wont ever go back here because I really need crickets for my lizard but still I am very unsatisfied with my experience today and would like this fixed please.

I shop for crickets and other lizard supplies regularly. I must go at bad times as I have to wander the store looking for assistance after standing and waiting. Had a gal fill my cricket bag one day after 10 minutes of waiting for help, to stand in front of the register another 10 minutes with my items stacked on the counter for another gal ask if I was ready.

Everyone at the store is super friendly! Theyre always so nice and outgoing and willing to do anything they can to help! They have an amazing new food called Redford Naturals that I think everyone should try! Everyone here always treats my fur baby just like shes one of their own! Never have I had a single problem here! And Im a very regular customer!

This is a great place to go lots of friendly fun people and a cool manager. Great deals on cool fish and helpful workers that have conversations with you as they help. Id choose this place over pet smart any day. They also let you hold and play with the animals and they always refund you if stuff doesnt work out.

Good place to shop. Picked up a new aquarium while they had the dollar a gallon sale. Friendly staff as always. Only complaint they need a bell when workers are on the floor and to cut down on wait at register.
