The Goodwill in Winter Haven, is a very nice store. The thing that makes the Goodwill a nice place to visit, is that it is well organized and has a good selection of new in the box items to compliment, the donated items. The reason I edited my rating is because of the prices. A chipped mug for $3, really. If I wanted to overpay for merchandise I would pick a retail store, at least my overpriced item would be new and not second hand. Oh, the Goodwill does have some brand-new cheap China dollar store junk, marked up to unreasonable prices.

My husband & I went to look for some work pants & shirts. They had a decent variety & the racks of clothes we looked at were all clean. The store was clean & the staff were nice & helpful. Though the store was small they had a variety of items of typical things youd find at Goodwill. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was it was small & you had to look through the entire track for your size.

You have totally forgotten who you are! Let me remind you, YOU ARE A THRIFT STORE! I am not going to pay more for things there, even if they are brand new then what I can get them in the regular stores! Ebay is not a judge of what something is worth, they dont always get that price either! Buyers beware, if you dont know your prices dont shop here, You Will Get Ripped off!

Man was cursing loudly in back stockroom, then came out to the front and told the few people there that they had better get to the register and checkout now or he would close the register on them and they wouldnt get anything. This was 15 minutes before closing. There were only 3 people shopping.

Was shopping for a costume found most of it. Bought a pair of binoculars and while in the parking lot found them not working. After some time back in store couldnt find receipt they did refund. Backing out found receipt under our car

Non-profit huh? I highly doubt thats the case seeing that they are asking 18 dollars for a pair of used jeans. This store is the reason I will never donate or patron another Goodwill store.

wouldnt sell a bookshelf that was on the floor...said it was not for sale because there was something on it. obviously didnt want to make a sale that bad.
