Im not usually one to write a review, but felt the need after the service I received this past weekend. I had a made to measure tuxedo made for me at the Brooks Brothers Portland, OR store for my wedding. With my wife being from Cleveland, we had decided to have our wedding at the Renaissance Hotel attached to Tower City, where this BB store is located. Long story short, during our photo shoot prior to the wedding ceremony one of my groomsmen ended up taking a tumble during the shoot, and ended up with a tear in his rented tuxedo pants. With the ceremony only an hour later we needed a quick fix. The staff here was so helpful and had the pants stitched up in 15 minutes. While we were waiting another groomsmans pants hem had come undone and they went ahead and hemmed the pants as well. All I can say is that without the help of the staff at this location we would have been in quite the predicament. Thank you!

This is a review for the Brooks Brothers in Cleveland at Tower City. I purchased a sports jacket with one day until my friends wedding and the tailor there was able to fit me and work overnight to deliver it on time. He did this at no extra charge. We stopped at two tailors before we ended up here and they made it happen.
