The only reason this place is getting two stars is due to the fact I have found some good deals on some tops, shoes, and shorts here. With that being said, the morale and professionalism of employees is lacking, to say the least. Even the manager, who is supposed to set an example in customer service friendliness (right?!), doesnt possess any customer service skills. Not once did even one employee smile, say "hello" or offer assistance. Its a sad and pathetic place overall. It seems thats what customer service is like overall in Fort Myers, so I guess why should Ross be any better?

Apparently they have good prices here. Im not sure on that, but they do have a small section of electronics which is OK, but theyre pricey. The store is kind of run down, and sometimes dirty. The staff is decent, always moving around. My wife loves it here.

Not that I was expecting much, but the cashier was unnecessarily rude. She acted like she couldnt take my purchase and then took another customers... I was very disappointed in that moment of customer service. Everyone else working there was pleasant.

You can always be sure they have some gems, an Alladins cave. Its really self help as you are searching for great buys, dont need to rely on customer service when they have good products at great prices

I have found some great deals but I guess if you want to save money, you will have to sacrifice customer service. Never enough registers open and never a smile.

Checkout employees not very pleasant. No smiles no small talk while checking out. They looked like they were miserable. Very unpleasant
