Would never deal with Kimberly again. Lied at every turn. Actually threw a tantrum because she miss calculated total bill. Did not have time and could not recalculate bill would take money out of her purse if she needed to but sat there waiting for me to feel guilty that she overcharged me. Lied about delivery during sale stated no problem with deliveries after 5 pm or on Saturdays which I said was important. After purchase could only deliver on Fridays and could not guarantee after 5. They would pick the time. I was asked to leave my door open so they could just deliver furniture . She was rude saying "Dont you have ANYBODY" who could be there? I got part of order 1st delivery which loveseat was damaged and delivery guy took picture of. When called to check on replacement loveseat was told they would have to talk to manager because I could not return clearance item. But Kimberly said it would all be new out of warehouse no damage prior to sale. I once again requested later delivery called Kimberly who said delivery manager was not in but would get in touch with me. Manager called 2 minutes later and said could only deliver between 2 and 5 on Friday. So I had to leave my job early to accommodate delivery schedule. I called at 5:15 on Friday explaining my delivery had not yet arrived. They in turn said stay on the line I will track them and told me they were 20 minutes from my house. When delivery guys came informed them of situation and they explained that they were in area at various times and delivered up until 9 pm. Will not visit this store again. I have been an Ashley customer for several years but will not consider it on my next purchase.

Horrible experience trying to get my couch. In the process I find out its furniture USA and Ashley Home and furniture does not own it. I ordered my couch black Friday and was told it would be here before Xmas. I called a week or so before Xmas and was told it would be here the 20th. 21st came and went so I called and was told they were down 2 trucks and lost an office manager so it may be here the 3rd. I didnt get a call confirming this delivery but was called the 3rd at 9ish that they were 30 minutes out. I was working so I reschedule it to the 7th. I was told it would be here between 3-6, so I had someone home for it. 645 comes and they arent there so I call the store and talk with Ray. He is extremely rude and unprofessional during this call. Delivery calls me at 715ish and tells me they can be there 730/745. I have to reschedule because at this time no one is home as it is over an hour after delivery time. I call corporate after talking to Ray again, who is once again pretty rude on the phone. Im told I can get 50.00 reimbursed. I reschedule my delivery for the 14th. I call the 13th to confirm my delivery and here they accidently cancelled it!

My wife and I had several problems when receiving our table. They first called us up saying everything was in. When we got there only 1 of the 3 pieces of the whole table were in. My next visit I was able to pick up the table top, and finally on the 3rd visit the chairs had arrived. When I put everything together the table had several screws stripped out of it and a corner chipped. I called up and they told me to bring the old one back when they had the new one in. So the day came when I dropped off the damaged one in exchange and the same thing happened. They only had one part of the table in after telling me on the phone everything had arrived. They offered me nothing in return and told me to take the table back home and wait for the new one to come in. I had to stay on them to get free delivery and to take back the table at the store instead of hauling it back home. I didnt feel like a valued customer at this store and will be shopping elsewhere in the future. I think if a person can buy something in store it might not be such a hassle. But definately dont buy something that needs to be delivered or shipped to the store.

I originally had given Ashley 5 stars because of the job our salesman did. Then I found out they over charged us nearly $170 for 1 piece of furniture. There was a price match after the we pointed it out and calles back. They told us it would be shipped the following week and it wasnt, nor were we informed until we called them to see if it was in the store. The manager was not helpful either and continually said it wasnt the stotes fault. I guess if it isnt the individual store than it is the company as a whole. Which means we can get the same service (or better) at a big box store. Long story short if your product is only good a face value and there is no company to back the service side, we will bypass your company in the future.

We purchased new couches rececently and we are very unhappy. We have had the couhes less than one month and have already had a problem. The legs were made with poor quality materials. The base was made with poor quality as well. We havent even taken the tags off the couches yet and they are already ruined. We called to ask about our warrenty to get these fixed or replaced they showed 0 intrest in helping us and said the person we needed to talk to was busy and they would have to call us back. They never did. This is absurd. Poor customer service poor quality materials. Extremely disappointed. Even after paying extra for the warrenty that we were still treated like this!

Went in knowing what we wanted from looking the day before. We had a asked a sales person if we could discuss possibly doing financing and he left and came back with a credit application and went to do other things. When he came back, we had asked the biggest difference between the 3 finacing options. His reply was im not sure i just always recommed the 0% for 12 months. We then tried to ask some basic questions about the finacing plan and the sales person not only avoided all eye contact but he couldnt answer any of the questions we asked. Needless to say, after that horribly uncomfortable and unproductive coversation we will not be going back

We were in Galena on vacation and stopped in your store in Dubuque. Weve been thinking about getting a new mattress set. Your employee Betty spent ALOT of time with us even after I told her we lived 200 miles away and werent buying anything. Ive been a retail store owner for 33 years and easily recognize exceptional service when I see it!! Unfortunately it is rare. Please thank and recognize this wonderful lady. In addition to great customer service skills, she knows her stuff!!! Experiences like this help build the brand. Hats off to Betty!! I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled this time. You have a beautiful store!!

Sue was wonderful! We came in looking for a bedroom set and to see what they had for living room furniture. Sue helped us find pieces that fit our style and our budget! We spent 4.5 hours looking at different pieces. Sure went over the quality differences with each piece and made sure we understood the taxes and sales they had going on. We bought a beautiful bedroom set and sectional that we were able to afford comfortably with the financing options they offered. It was a great experience and we are very excited to get our new furniture in a few short weeks! I highly recommend Sue and the Dubuque Ashley Furniture store.
