Just before this january blizzard I visited JD Byrider with that much confidence that Id leave with a car. Not my dream car but anything with extended warranty and a car payment that fits my lifestyle is better than depending on MTA. I recommend this dealership to anyone who has a steady job/career even if you are self employed (and can verify your income) and make about $2000-$3000 a month, this is the place for you. Explain to them what you can afford (ie: Down Payment,Car Payment,Car insurance) and theyll handle the rest from there. HAIR STYLIST AND BARBERS THIS COULD BE THE PLACE THAT PUTS YOU IN A CAR TODAY! CALL THEM NOW! And please walk in with a positive attitude, they know your story about being turned down by so many dealerships and how many hoopties youve owned and they really WILL help. I LOVE MY CHEVY MALIBU!

My experience was a very good one! My car broke down on my way to work which happened to also be the same day I was going to purchase a car from JD BYRIDER. I called them and told them my situation and a sales rep came and picked me up from where I was stuck and got me to the office. Everyone was more then helpful. Even tho I was in there from noon to 8pm Im glad I went. I drove off the lot that day with a new car and they took my trade in that was abandoned on the side of the road. Also my credit is horrible and they worked with me. I give them 4 stars because the service was exceptional but they are very over priced. If you can afford the strict payment plan youll be good!!!

She placed us in a vehicle with little to nothing down. She went over everything with us step by step to insure we understood everything in which we were signing up for. My first stop was a Nissan Dealership and of course I was turned down because I didnt have much credit. So I was referred to J.D Byrider. I had an excellent experience! They explained everything thoroughly and honestly. I had no money to put down and I walked away with a car the same day. Its more than just buying a car to them, they also want their customers to build good credit as well. I would definitely recommend them. I couldnt be more happier. I definitely wasnt expecting to drive home in my new car the same day I walked in.

This companys service is very authentic. The agents here help you all the way through and makes sure that you have all of the information that you need. I needed a car for my family and that is exactly hat they gave me. I think the pictures that are advertise on their website does not give justice to the cars on their lot. I am glad I went in to take a chance on their program that they offer for people with bad or no credit at all. I would recommend this company to everyone. My rep was Chas Oliver and he did a great job.

I would highly recommend J.D to anyone with credit issues. I came in here with bad credit and met with jeff and niya and they helped me get back on the road with a good car. The warranty is excellent and the cars are pretty good on the lot as well. My total experience here was great, warm welcoming, and the sales people were very helpful. Im glad to be back on the road. My experience was good initially but after reading thoroughly the contract is shady. They dont offer loaner vehicles when refurbished car is being serviced. I was not given a choice of vehicles. There were only 8 vehicles on lot and most were manual steering. The $299 down is a lie. Added fees and high intetest rate. If you are desperate this may be an option but do your research.

The payments are definitely affordable & it is a great place to help you build your credit. William Brown was the best, he was honest & had great customer service. This has been the worst car buying process, I have experience. This company feeds on predator lending to people in desperate situation by charging 21% or higher interest on vehicles which are overpriced by at least four times the Kelly blue book value of the vehicle. I havent stated the worst part about them threatened to repo your vehicle on the day of first payment.

Sharon and tiara was nice...I havent had the car for 3 days and it starred to overheat and the belts started squeaking.. I took it to their service center the lady was so rude..they started threating to repo my car...after I informed them of the change in my paydays.smh...never go here...its always a few people that make a place bad

If go to them you are struck with this car forever. no trade-in. no taking it any where else.. please beware. very nice people.. Worst car loan agency. You will be better off going to the auction then going here... J D Byrider got me struck.
