We bought a 2009 Honda Element in July. I promised to write a review. During the 3 hour ride home, I thought HMM maybe I should have the mechanical soundness verified. I took it to my local Honda dealer and and except for normal routine maintenance services based upon mileage that need to be performed, the vehicle checked out great. I have been driving the car for exactly 1 month and 1 day and I love my Element more every day. Typically I hate buying cars because even if you pay cash the experience is grueling and seemingly endless. We had been looking for a newer car for our daughter since December 2016 on the various car selling websites. Then I had a car accident and now needed a car for myself. I tend to shy away from Craigs List because of all of the negativity and bad publicity it has received. My husband decided on a lark to check it out, I said dealers only on the search please. He found an Element at Enzos. We looked it over as closely as we could online an decided to call. It was close to closing and Frank answered the call even though he had clients in front of him. He spoke with me for about a few minutes, asked if he could call me back and excused himself to attend to them. Frank called me back and it was well into Friday evening. We discussed the car, his terms, state to state inspection requirements and final pricing for the cashiers check. Frank promised to call me on Monday. As promised, Frank called and the final arrangements were made for the next day at 10 AM. My husband & I drove the three plus hours to look at the car, we were about 20+ minutes late as we missed the entrance to the dealership twice. We finally arrived, introduced ourselves and Cory promptly handed us the keys so that we could inspect the vehicle at out leisure. Frank was with a client and Cory was finishing up a job in the garage. We looked at the car for almost an hour inside and out. When Frank finished with his clients he came over introduced himself and asked if we had any questions or concerns about the car. They answered our questions and asked would we like to take the vehicle for a test drive. We drove around for about 20-30 minutes, returned to the dealership and said Lets do this. We started the paperwork, short application, no financing, as we were about to sign the paperwork and turn over the check only to discover that our check was about $15.00 dollars short. I panicked slightly because we did not being additional cash and personal checks were not an option. Frank said dont worry about it. The papers were signed, money was exchanged and the deal was done. Frank and Cory were great through the entire transaction. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We hope they will eventually have the car we are looking for our daughter and will definitely keep Enzos website on our favorites. I cannot say enough good things about Enzos. They are true to their word, fair minded, customer focused and not out to force a sale. Thank you Frank and Cory.

► Summary: Great customer service ║ Excellent customer support ║ Above and beyond the typical dealership ║ Quality vehicles ║ Great prices ║ Fair and honest dealer ► Details: Found Enzos through Craigslist. Took a chance and drove 40 miles to check out a GMC Yukon they had. Frank talked to us about the vehicle and treated us as friends. He had the attitude that if we wanted the vehicle, hed be glad to sell it to us; but if we didnt, that was okay with him. We did end up buying the vehicle and the purchase process went very smoothly. Also, we had been checking prices and researching for about a year before buying the Yukon from Enzos. It was the lowest price around for a vehicle with all the features we wanted.Thats just for starters...there was an intermittent problem with the speedometer (nothing surprising for a used vehicle). I let Frank know about the speedometer and he drove the 40 miles to my house to pick up the Yukon and left a car here for us to use as needed. He rebuilt the whole cluster and replaced it all at his cost. Also, he returned the repaired Yukon the very next day, which was 2 days earlier than promised. When we had a problem with the anti-lock brake system, Frank also repaired this, which involved replacing sensors, brakes, and rotors, at no cost to us. Again, he lent us a vehicle during the repairs. All in all, a great dealership. We will be shopping there for our next vehicle.

My wife and I purchased a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Enzos and it was without question the most enjoyable vehicle purchase experience I have had in 61 years on the planet. Franc was completely honest and straightforward, extremely accommodating, easy going, and totally customer-focused. During a phone discussion Franc took considerable time to accurately describe the vehicle and its condition, and my wife and I decided to make the 3.5 hr one-way drive to examine the Jeep in person and test drive it. We left early on a Sat AM and got there about an hour early so we looked the Jeep over and under. It was EXACTLY as Franc described. I sent him a quick text saying, "You werent kidding about the Jeeps condition!" and the next thing we knew, he was there opening up early. After a quick test drive on a variety of roads, we sat down to close the sale and Franc walked us through the paperwork quickly and had us on the way. The Jeep has been marvelous; no issues on the 200 mile trip home from York, and weve put a total of 1200 trouble-free miles on it since purchase. BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS -- Franc is the genuine article! Enzos is the kind of independent automobile dealership to which all others can only aspire. Id give it 10 stars if it was an option.

I went in to look at a vehicle for my wife and leave a deposit on the vehicle. I was greeted by Corey who preceded to make excuses about how they do not allow people to take test drives the car was in deplorable condition and needed lots of work to be considered a decent car these guys are absolute clowns I wouldnt buy anything here as a person with tons of car knowledge I can tell you these guys lack experience just because they have a red Lamborghini doesnt mean they know the first thing about Quality Car Sales or good customer service we decided not to buy the car and wouldnt dare buy anything from them in the future I suggest that you do not deal with such a shady business any place that tells you they do not allow a test drive is clearly a joke and the auction cars theyre selling are in deplorable condition and not looked over by an actual mechanic! I know because when me and my mechanic looked the car over it was in terrible condition burnt transmission oil, leaking valve cover gasket, timing belt idler pulley squealing, absolute joke! I own 5 vehicles including show cars and restored cars as well as daily drivers... so i think we know a thing or 10 about cars....

This is not your typical used car dealership! I drove about an hour to check out an 03 Honda Civic SI, which I ended up purchasing. The first thing I really appreciated was the calm and friendly environment. The owner, Frank, is completely down to earth and put absolutely no pressure on me while I was there; he just let me check out the car and do my thing and he was there to answer any questions or address concerns. Additionally, the car was very fairly priced and it came with an excellent warranty. After just a few days I did run into some minor issues with the car and Frank took care of everything very quickly; no corners were cut here. The customer service here is certainly unparalleled and I can tell they truly value honesty and integrity to the highest degree in their business dealings. I would highly recommend Enzos to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle backed by absolutely amazing service! They really care about the customer!
