Nothing put problems from the manager from the flint store to get any warranty work done taken a week for him to say ok do the work and is total bullshit you have to get the so called managers approval for any warranty work done . Sends us to some shady repair shop for the front end had it a week an a half and still didnt fix the front end so now its somewhere else since Sunday its Thursday and the manager still hasnt called the repair shop to say ok do the work! Oh and I forgot to mention the sales manager David Allen is rude and a jerk never have I been treated or talked to that why someone that works for a business they never told us the car had been stolen and was in an accident and have the nerve to charge two times what the car is worth because of this we will never come back here or refer anyone to this business after the run around and they way we where treated by David Allen the sales manager from the dort lot in flint! The account is under my husband name its David oh trust me there is some much more I could have wrote but didnt if I didnt have to check a star I wouldnt have. Your employ David Allen owes me and my husband an apologize of his lack of his customer service skills this man should not be in charge of these things in my eyes how much business you willing to lose because of him it would be nice to voice the complaints to you.

They claim that they will finance anybody, but they would not finance me. I was laid off from my last job, and was out of work just under a week, and have been at my current job for over a month. They wanted me to have a 3 month work history even though I could show them paychecks showing I have the ability to make my car payments. Needless to say I did not get a car from them. I never claimed I wanted the $.99 down payment. In fact I had offered to come up with a down payment of at least $500, and could have given more down if needed. Your sign claims that you finance anybody, and not anybody that has been at their current job for 90 days. You offered up no other solutions such as having a person to co-sign for the loan which I could have had. It took one call to a different used car lot to find people willing to work with me. I explained my situation, and told them I could have someone co-sign for a loan, but they think it is going to be needed. I should be in a new vehicle within a day or so. I would give them a plug, but that would be unprofessional, and they have been nothing but professional. Update: Two days after being turned down by Fast Finance Auto Sales I was able to get financed for a 2007 Silverado 2500 HD.

I bought a 2007 jeep compass thru this place. They wanted 19 thousand dollars for it and its only worth 4 thousand dollars. I just returned it today and ive had it for 9 months. I went to return it today and they were complete diks about it. Wouldnt accept the car with out a signature that had a bunch of catches in the paper. I denied signing it. I said i wanted a to take a picture of the vehicle parked in their parking lot to back up my side and they took my key and moved my car so i couldnt. Please guys dont go to this place. I will repost this everytime it gets deleted. Jusg bc it says $1 down doesnt mean its worth it.

Billy, the credit specialist that worked with me was AMAZING!! He worked long and hard to make sure I got the vehicle I liked and made extra sure it was going to be a reliable one! Love, Love, Love!!! I went to a ton of dealerships, they all gave me the run around, I left extremely frustrated. I went to Fast Finance on Dort Highway in Flint, MI and left with a 2009 Dodge Journey that is everything I have been looking for!! They only require plpd and I only had a .99 cent down payment. Matt Salem was absolutely fantastic I would recommend him to anyone, anyday!!!

Jack was very friendly. Fast too. My favorite part of my experience today is that when i wasnt happy with the first choice in a vehicle he was quick to show me something different istead of pushing the other vehicle harder. I only have bad credit so my score is very low, even still my payments are very afforable to me. Overall very happy with my experience.

Didnt even make it in to the lot. I called to ask what the asking price was on a Thunderbird. The guys response, "Oh no. We dont give that information over the phone". Folks, run, dont walk, run from this place. Cars are double and triple the book value, junk histories and....well, read the other reviews.

They are crooks they try to sell you any piece of junk they can. Then charge you a assenine amount of money. the sales people rush through the papers and wont let you ask questions. And when you ask about other vehicles on the lot they quickly push you away from it . crooks

Everyone definitely treated me with respect from the time I walked through the door. Especially Billy. Even with my credit being as damaged as it was...he made sure to make a way to get me into something. Fast finance gave me a chance when no other dealedship would .

Went to the Flint location was not impressed. Small selection of cars and they want an asinine amount for each one. $400 a month for a charger. Seriously!!! Then called to tell them I found a better deal. No attempt to keep my business. Wish I could give 0 stars

This place got me in a nice 2008 Ford Taurus SEL within in 3 days. Would really recommend it especially if your credit isnt that fair and they go based off of income. Would really recommend jack for a salesman. Really easy to work with.
