I was surprised to find such friendly service in a high-end furniture store. I dont like being bothered when I shop around, but I also like to be acknowledged. I was not bombarded when I walked in and had time to look around before I was offered assistance, which was followed by "coffee?". I couldnt resist. I sat with this lady that had a lot of knowledge of this overwhelming list of products. She was able to narrow down the options for me and I found the perfect bedroom set for my home. Because I fell in love with this set, I did not mind the wait (4-5 months!!). It was what I wanted, the color, the size, the height, everything. I strongly suggest you call in and make an appointment before coming in because it is time consuming, if youre serious about investing in good+ quality furniture, this is the place to go. These are exceptional people to deal with and I would buy furniture from them with confidence. I purchased a large dining table in walnut and didnt have a chance to check out the extension while the apartment was being renovated so months and months later when I did and saw the wood on the extension didnt match, I called to see what could be done. They responded immediately and very quickly brought over two choices to match the table. I feel very grateful for this support. I would buy from them anytime.

I bought a walnut wood Jesse entertainment center made of dark oak from Addison House and it has held up very well. This is a perfect customizable unit available in various sizes. I found exactly what I was looking for that fit my dimensions, my price range and our home décor style. Believe me, it has just added a new elegance to my lobby’s décor. Everyone who has visited my house inquired about where I got it from. Next month I’m planning to buy a sectional sofa from Addison House only.
