Customer Service AWFUL (Assistant Manager called me IDIOT!!): Ive just been on the phone with Robert (Assistant Manager of this store in Hermosa Beach), calling to get back a pair of Canvas Era Ive ordered thought the store. I ask Robert for keeping the shoes, because I will go to get them the same afternoon, and if he can look for them and have them ready for me. Then he tells me if I can call later, because he has lot of paperwork to do -this is 8:45am-, and I ask him just to look if the shoes are still in the store, and reserve them to me; he ask me for the name of the shoes, but I dont have it on the top of my head, so I tell him, just a second, I will look online...and what a surprise...he put the phone down, he thinks is mute, but is not...and he says "WHAT AN IDIOT!!". Clearly I heard that...to me...such a good customer services from the Assistant Manager. This is the last thing I buy in that shop, and the last thing I buy from VANS!

Awesome Vans location with a ton of shoe styles, clothing, skateboards and skateboard accessories! The crew who work here are always super helpful, and dont mind running back and forth as you try on various shoes. Parking is tight though, with only a few dedicated spots behind the Vans building. The store itself is fairly small, but filled with merchandise. The employees will assist you by ordering products online if they dont have them in stock in the store!

Every single time I went here, The staff has always been really cool and helpful. I always buy my Vans from here, reason being, is they have many options, and the staff doesnt ever pressure me or never makes me feel obligated to buy. So that being said, I always buy from this store

It is 10:15am and the staff has us standing outside. The store is suppose to open at 10am. This is so unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location and I traveled far to come here. Never again
