I have been a customer for quite some time, enjoyed the associates & the attention I received at Laguna Hills Mall location. When transferred to the Spectrum location I didnt think I would have the same experience and I was surprised and pleased, I was greeted with a warm welcome and provided with the same type of service as a familiar patron. Only 2 words come to mind...Clown Shoes. They make a mistake, then when I try to return it, give me the run around about returning my money and "not enough cash in the drawer" and I "cant return it on your card because you paid cash". To make matters worse, they dont ever answer the phone, and the 800 number is a joke.

Service good if you want to buy something. Otherwise, service is bad. Waited ~25 minutes to pick up a repair because both staff were helping other customers who wanted to buy. When they got to me my entire transaction took no longer than 60 seconds.

We went in to buy wedding rings and waited several minutes without more than a passing glance. We decided to leave after several minutes of being ignored while waiting our turn, patiently. Well be taking our business elsewhere.
