After getting the run around from another dealership and having them steal money from me, I decided to go here because they were attached to a large name, James Wood. They lived up to their reputation. I called and spoke with Bert Lamazares prior to my visit and explained my situation to him. He was very friendly and told me to come on in and look at a few trucks and that we could file a credit application and see what we can do from there. Upon getting there, the entire staff was beyond polite. I looked at a few trucks but was unable to find one I liked. Bert hopped on his computer and showed me the inventory they had at their other stores and a truck caught my attention. It was a late model Silverado 1500, but it also carried the price tag of one, which I thought with my amount of down, they would not be able to finance. They got the truck to the store, showed it to me and did my paperwork. I was approved! I put down a 100 dollar deposit so the truck would be help until a payment cleared in my account to go pick it up. Two days later I came in, all the paper work was straight forward and easy, the warranty was outlines clear as day and there was no small print. I signed the papers, gave them the rest of the down payment and drove away in my beautiful new truck! This was by far the easiest, straight forward and honest car buying experience I have ever had! Although im still waiting for my $500 refund. The people at the dealership is very nice, generous, & understanding. Michael is a wonderful salesman he gets things done. I would definitely recommend this dealership for those in need. John is the lot manager & he was very helpful as well. These 2 are the sweetest & most helpful people you could ever do business with! Easy fast approval.
