Weve always used John Anderson when purchasing large used appliances. Hes always honest/up-front/to-the-point on whatever hes selling us... People who expect to get like-new pristine items for nothing are ridiculous!! ... John has sold us used appliances at a really good discount price, honest about how long we should expect them to last (and theyve always outlasted), and thats whats important... people make me laugh, talking about his "people skills"... like, did you think you were walking into Macys or something?! LOL
